Fairfield Town Center — Local services in Cypress

I would like to share my experience at this Chick-fil-A location after spending nearly thirty dollars on two meals. I ordered a Cobb salad without tomatoes, but it came with tomatoes. I also ordered a spicy grilled chicken sandwich combo with American cheese, but received it with colby jack cheese instead. Additionally, the waffle fries were cold and soggy.

In an effort to address my concerns, I requested to speak with a manager. I was greeted by a gentleman who identified himself as the manager. I explained my issues, emphasizing that I usually have a positive experience with Chick-fil-A's customer service. However, he seemed defensive and, upon asking for the salad dressing that was missing, I also requested mayonnaise and ketchup. After receiving those items, I was told by the manager to expedite my exit from the drive-thru.

This interaction surprised me, so I followed up by calling the store directly and found myself speaking with the same manager(ANGEL). When I addressed how I felt I was treated, he noted that there were others waiting in line, but I felt it was important to highlight that I am also a paying customer and the errors with my order were not my fault. Ultimately, I ended up with a salad containing tomatoes and fries that I couldn’t eat, which I ended up discarding. Due to this experience, I have decided not to return to this location...

First time here but being that it was New to us and unfamiliar. We were delayed because Nobody greated you or helped. Not a way to Embrace Public and customers who are expected to Spend some Extra Coins! Be helpful if people look lost or like they have question HELP THEM. We were there on Sunday(7/25) to see OLd at 4:50pm and I watched not just a Manager but more than a handful of employees walk by. We didnt know what to do had my email..the didnt know where we got food..went to seats and watched attendents take everyones order n skip us! Well hello Would have been nice if someone pointed out the hidden not very visible Call Button below Knee level to get someone take our order. Too many patrons talking and placing orders. Volume on movie was soo loud couldnt even hear our waitress. 3 ppl..$30buck for seats..abd another $40 for not even entrees. The Loaded Bacon Truffle Ranch Fries were delicious but this place way to pricey for service and experience. Not to mention coed bathrooms. YUCK men pee on seats. And if they were to be cleaned after each use they werent. Hope service improves because place...

The shopping store selection is great! What I'm rating low on is the developers or whoever was in charge of planning. There is a larger percent of concrete versus landscape. About 90% concrete and 10% green, tree, floral. This is Houston, it gets really hot here... there's nothing worse than parking on acres of pure concrete with no shade and having to walk to the store.

Where are the trees? Also the store front is a long, endless row of concrete and uneven. The benches are just plopped in front with no lush landscape or protection from the sun with flora or fauna.

Create a balance of nature and retail. Pouring concrete down in this fashion is really inconsiderate to the people of Fairfield and the surrounding area. There are farms here, horses, cows... respect that and give us a retail center that respects the areas culture by leaving room for native landscape and trees.
