NEGATIVE STARS ARE APPROPRIATE. I just went through the drive through at 6:41pm (cashier on receipt is named Rosa M but it was a young man who took my order in the drive thru and gave me my food at the window) getting some chips and cheese for my kids and chalupa and bean burrito for me. I came home and saw that they messed up my order. The chips were missing. I made the drive back to them and asked to speak to manager, asked for their name, they said they cannot give it to me due to âsafety issuesâ I asked them to compensate and make it right. But he wouldnât. He said what are you missing, even after giving him the receipt and explaining that I had to come back. He put on gloves and started to go through the food I brought back, instead of listening to me. I stopped him and told him to make me the food again and compensate for me. He refused. He said you just need chips, right? I said no, because you just went through the other food with your hand, so make it again (he did have gloves on but still) We use drive thru for convenience. It is the restaurant and employee responsibility to make sure they are giving us what we ordered. If they make a mistake, they should rectify it and not be argumentative with the customer. I am shocked by this unprofessionalism and the lack of humility in the face of making a mistake and putting it on the customer! I always use this Taco Bell and I am an avid Taco Bell customer BUT I am appalled and shocked by this situation and urge this location rectify the problem. Yes, he gave me the food but I had to jump through so many hoops to get there! I lost my time and money and mental peace dealing with such INCOMPETENCE and UNPROFESSIONAL behavior. I expect someone to contact me and make this right; because the convenience we use the drive thru for was not there, the food was wrong, items were missing, and the behavior of the so called manager was abhorrent. This should have been rectified and I should have been given a refund and compensated for the fact that I had to go back to this place with my kids during dinner time and deal with this.    Read moreWe've been to this location twice now, and both times had a terrible experience. Fast food is too expensive now for this kind of nonsense. We wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt on a second visit, but no more.
I've only seen one person working, a teenager. I haven't seen a manager or any adult, and it very much feels like this restaurant is run by children. On our first visit, we did a mobile order and most of our order items were incorrectly made, and the potatoes and chalupa shell were not fresh. Also, the oil being used for the cinnatwists is VILE. I should have known not to try one by the smell, but we did and it was absolutely disgusting. I had to spit it out and we threw them away. I've never tasted any fast food oil so disgusting.
On our second order, we did a mobile order again and we saw the same one child working and we were asked to pull around and park to wait for fresh food. We were happy to do so. From the time we ordered (it was 2 cravings boxes and a couple extra tacos for reference), to the time they brought out our food, it took TWENTY minutes. It was 9pm on a Monday. They were the opposite of busy. There were 2 people eating inside and 1 car went through the drive thru after us. We tried calling, and no answer. The kid finally came out just as we were about to head inside, and he apologized for the wait, but it was clear that they had forgotten about us. Our food was cold and disappointing, albeit made correctly this time. The cinnatwists still tasted like vile rancid oil.
I don't know if anyone is actually managing this location, or hell this regional franchise, but it's well past time to change your oil and better train your staff. I got to the window and to him that i had a mobile order and i told his that my app did not let me change my freezes bit i wanted to change it before they did then so he tells me to go to the window and i told him i have to make a nother order and he was like well just come to the window. The Manager refuses to change my freezes for the new Flavor freezes not even because I paid for them and I was talking to him and he closed the window I was still talking to him I will never go back to this place he was so Disrespectful not caring that I had my kids in my car they were listening to everything he was saying disappointing knowing there's people working and treating customers like this.
