We ordered fries, but since my kids are allergic to dairy, I asked if they could put the seasoning separately, they said they wouldn’t be able to, so I asked if they can make plain fries, and they said yes. This is where I don’t understand, if you can make plain fries, what makes it so hard to give the customers the seasoning on the side, I didn’t ask for a whole tub, just whatever they will put on top of my fries!

I ended up ordered 1 plain and 1 salty egg yolks fries, chicken popcorn and a drink, it took a while for one of the team member called me to let me know that they ran out of the salty egg yolk flavor and asked me to pick other flavor instead. My kids can’t eat any type of dairy, and I don’t want to have cheese on my hands to cause my daughter allergic reaction later, so I asked if they could switch the fries to the spicy bread instead, because they are both at the same price $5.95, but they said they already made the fries, just now find out they already ran out of the seasoning for my order, at this point I should’ve canceled the fries, because when I got my order and asked for some ketchup for the kids’ plain fries, they said it would be extra charge for ketchup, the girl was so sweet and nice to say “if you want free ketchup there’s Wingstop next door” 😳🤯 I am sorry but I never got asked to pay extra for the ketchup which supposed to come with fries.

Then to top it off, we came when they were hosting some pop up vendors, which the vendors used all the tables were there, so we ended up eating in our truck. Very upsetting...

Absolutely LOVE the drinks, and the customer satisfaction guarantee which is something that’s rarely offered in a Boba Tea shop, and I didn’t notice this when I first started coming. I love a good Bahai Mo sandwich and had such high hopes, since all the drinks that I’ve gotten here(except the avocado) were magnificent. I’ve even brought over 10 additional customers as I always give rave reviews about this place. Now back to the Banh Mi sandwich(chicken), I was extremely disappointed.. the chicken was dry and over cooked to the point of being stringy and tough, filled with jalapeños missing the cucumbers, all I was able to consume of this sandwich was the bread and the veggies in it. It was a complete waste of $10..

I order through Uber eats as a add on hoping not to be disappointed never really heard of this tea house. I am extremely impressed with the amount of selections and the flavors are explosive. I ordered the magical Mt/lychee jelly it is really good I want to order another one right now it was so delicious. So anyone that know about these teas know when you get a lychee tea they really don't like mixing it with boba, and most of the time you will not get your boba not with this company they sent my boba in a separate container, that is above and beyond service. I can really appreciate that level of service thank you very much and thats why I had to write this review because people need to know the level of service you guys offered to me and again thanks I will be returning in person one day to see what the service is...
