The staff that works here changes all the time. The shift managers can not handle their employees or the high pace stress. When you choose pick up in the drive thru they walk by the windows and just look at you like it is to much of a inconvenience to open the window and see what order you are picking up. I would say about 1/3 of the time you have to get out of your vehicle and go inside even though you choose drive thru. The employees always use the excuss it is a rush. Customers are filling up the lobby waiting on their orders and yes I do go in with a attitude because no one should have to sit in a drive thru for 20 minutes with cars behind them and then have to go in for a order of Crazy Bread. Customers leaning on the walls looking like they are about to fall asleep waiting for their orders. The staff is always playing around and like tonight they were understaffed and the new girl was filling the cooler when she should have been on the line making pizza's or packing the order so the Manager can get on the line and make the pizza's. The manager would not even address me or talk to me she had another girl who was on the line talk to me and stop and hand me my Crazy Bread after the manager just oacked it up. The manager should be the one handling disgruntled customers not regular employee's because the buck stops with management!! Just a little context on me I used to manage a fast paced pizza place in my late teens and early 20's in a town where we were the only Fast Food Pizza Joint (Domino's)in the town. It seems like to me the type of employees Little Ceasars hires like most places unfortunately the employees don't want to be there and could care less about the customers and the company because they can and will just move on to the next job if something happens to this one. It might be a low paying job and society might look down on these type of jobs but employees should never show that to customers. Their attitude should be this is the best place to work on the planet infront of customers because it is at that moment because someone is always in the shadows waiting for that great job to them to provide a living. I know a ton of homeless people that would give their best for any job including this one just for some income and food to eat. But unfortunately most can work because they have no residence or transportation to and from the job so they have to beg for money. Photo's are from other Google Reviews showing thing were just as bad when...
Read moreThe pizza was great but that’s about it. There is no speaker box nor posted menu outside so you just go straight to the window, which makes you wonder if the place is even open. There’s nobody there and the place looks empty besides a couple of boxes by the window…again making me wonder if it’s even open or if they’re packing up to leave the space. The girl comes to the window and takes my order, saying it will be 10 minutes and it’ll be at the front. I park and wait- Little Caesar’s at various locations (including this one) have done this and bring me the pizza when ready. It’s been 15 minutes and the lady in the car next to me goes inside after having been there since before I parked. She immediately comes back out with her pizza and looks annoyed. Once the 20 minute mark passes, I decide to go check my order since I only saw one other car besides mine and hers, and have seen two leave the drive thru with pizzas immediately, along with other to-go orders booked ahead of time. My pizza had been ready all that time. I asked if they don’t bring pizzas to the cars anymore and she said she couldn’t because she’s a minor and can’t leave the store alone. How is anyone supposed to know her age? She easily could have passed for being in her 20s- regardless, most people aren’t going to know about this rule and will be waiting outside much longer than necessary, assuming it’s just not ready and they’re busy or short staffed. This place seems to always run with just one person, sometimes two, but really two should be a minimum. Last time I came here- a couple of months ago- the cashier was extremely unprofessional. He was playing on his phone, complaining and scoffing at everything asked of him by whichever customer came in or to the window. A customer was speaking broken English to him but COULD be understood- I teach English to newcomers- and he was so incredibly impatient and unkind to him. His facial expressions and tone were very rude and most likely made the man feel very stupid, but especially when the cashier said, “you don’t even speak English.” I’m not sure if the man understood this entirely, but he ended up leaving when he asked for chicken and the cashier thought he was asking for chicken pizza rather than wings, and said they didn’t have that. Who’s the real dummy? As the customer left, the cashier said he had wasted his time. So so so unprofessional and...
Read moreYou can order online and get a crazy cheese bread for free, I got a Quattro pizza, a large pizza with a thick delicious and fresh crust, with four different topping, each in one quarter of the whole pizza, one quarter with pepperoni, one quarter of cheese, one quarter of italian sausage and pepperoni, and the last quarter, and the more exotic, is something called BRUSCHETTA, this last was my favorite, it is a mix of squared cuts of tomatoes, small pieces of sausage and garlics, that kind of mix really have an Impressive and tasty smell, which is impossible to prevent your mouth from becoming water instantly, after feeling it, the sausage and pepperoni quarter was un the second place, and the other two, more common, but not less tasty. I really reconend you this kind of pizza, because you will not get bored with it, you will have 4 different styles, from the most traditional ones like pepperoni and cheese, and two new combinations, and so you can decide which one is your favorite for next time, since I have my favorite pizza in Little Caesar, The Quattro Pizza. The price is too good, as the good as the pizza, JUST 7$ plus tax, total of 7,59$, and two people sure get satisfied with one Quattro pizza, If you don't try it yet, don't think about so much and go for the your, you...
