Smoothie King — Restaurant in Texas

WARNING! If you order over the app, which is a pain in the booty, there is no way to cancel it on your end through the app, and the store will not credit you. So if you order a smoothie and plan on picking it up but they do not have the ingredients they cannot cancel it and you cannot cancel it either. After having a root canal, I ordered a dude perfect Smoothie, and 10 minutes later a young girl calls me to tell me they cannot make my smoothie because they are out of the ingredients. Day two of root canal recovery I tried to order another smoothie and two trail mix. Once again, they are no longer selling trail mix yet they are on the app for selection. So DoorDash delivers me nothing and I am famished. So if they are out of the ingredients, you are up a creek and on your own. Another point is that if you do not like your smoothie, you have to bring it in that very same day and you cannot have drank it. Which makes absolutely no sense, because how do you know that it doesn’t taste good. The Grant Rd. Cypress Texas store is clueless and have no ability to meet customer expectations. Previously managers had told me I was such a good customer I and could come in if something didn’t taste right and switch it out anytime. I am a loyal customer but the store is going down in service, quantity control and training the workersz bless their hearts these young workers have no idea what’s going on so be sure before you order something it’s going to be there for you to pick it up. Otherwise you’re stuck and the most you can do is call your credit card company because Smoothie King will not give you a credit. Very POOR SERVICE and lack of A knowledgeable staff. They change rules once a month do not keep ingredients stocked up and it is going way downhill. Not very good because there’s a Chick-fil-A right across the street...

I will not be going back to this location. I've ordered online here 3xs and only once has my order been ready and correct at the same time. 1st time, I showed up a little early, so the wait was expected. Order was correct. 2nd time, order was ready but missing one of the snack items. Easily fixed. That's cool. This last time. Disaster. I showed up on time, on the dot. Order wasn't even started. I watched 3 drive-thru customers and two walk-ins get their orders before they even started on mine. AND they completely bypassed the snack items (not having 1 of them at all on top of that, & had to replace it with similar item). Did not receive an apology for the wait. Just a quick, "I'm sorry about that" when it came to not having the snack item. One of the girls in there had on shorts so short that her butt cheeks were hanging out like she was in a swimsuit at the pool. Doesn't strike me as all that professional.
