Don’t bother coming here unless you want to deal with some of the rudest service imaginable. The old men who run the place act like they’re above you, as if you shouldn’t even speak to them — even though you’re the paying customer. Bring up an issue, and they’re instantly dismissive, annoyed, and make you feel like you’re out of line just for wanting something done correctly. Ask a genuine question, and they treat it as if it’s ridiculous for you to even ask.

On top of that, the environment is disgusting. You’ll constantly be surrounded by cigarette smoke and the strong smell of weed that you can’t escape, making the whole experience miserable.

I’ve never written a review in my life, but this place made me understand why people leave horrible ones. I honestly have no idea how this place has above 1 star. If I could give it zero, I would.

If you’re new to horse racing and want to feel welcomed, don’t come here. This place is not for genuine fans or newcomers — it’s only for the same bitter crowd that’s been hanging around here for decades. Everyone else is made to feel like they don’t belong.

And just as a side note: never order a Diet Coke or any soda here. It tastes absolutely awful, like they haven’t cleaned the soda lines in 50 years. It has that dirty, moldy aftertaste that makes you wonder if it’s even safe to drink.
