It has been many years since we had been to a Duncan's but that is where the grand kids had been wanting to go. There was 4 groups of two in the store when we arrived. Service was very slow. One of the staff asked if she needed to start taking orders at the other register and she was told I. A stern voice NO! We will take one order at a time. It was about 4 in the afternoon. The stern lady went to the doors and locked them. People came up and knocked on the doors to get in and she said they were slammed and the dining room was closed and told them to go through the drive thru. She was true to her word the 3 staff were only permitted to do one order at a time and it had to be completed and delivered before they would take another order. We finally got our 4 donuts and left. By the time we got our order nearly 30 minutes later there were only us and 2 other people in the store. A young man was knocking at the door as I was leaving and as I approached the door the stern lady followed up behind me and told him they were slammed and the dining room was closed and he too would have to go through the drive thru. When we went to our car that left only one couple on the store and no one at the drive through. The young man was outside of the story fuming and said they he would never return to this Duncan. We got to the car and started to eat our donuts. 3 krulers and a glazed. There was no glazing on any of them and they were pretty much flavorless. Read moreI am at Dunkin’ Donuts three or four times a week at the location on Broad Street in Brooksville. When I travel and have to get on 75, I will go to the one closest to 75 in Brooksville. This morning I stopped at the 75 location.
The outside looked horrible and looked as if it hasn’t been cleansed up in a month. To me, it said we don’t care. If the outside looked like it did, what did the inside look like. Since we’ve gotten some rain recently, I overlooked that.
When I got the food I ordered, it was COLD. I’ve worked in the restaurant industry and I know that food is suppose to be at a certain temperature in order to decrease the risk of being contaminated by germs before serving. It wasn’t even close to that temperature.
Also I asked for whip cream and chocolate drizzle on the frozen drink when they started to hand it out I said it’s suppose to have whip cream and drizzle. The girl added the whip cream but no drizzle. By that point I was aggravated. I understand short staffed and busy times but this was ridiculous.
Currently debating on calling the health inspector and complaining on Monday about the cold food. Even with a drive thru line around and back to the road the location on Broad hasn’t handed me cold food. Extremely disappointed in the 75 location. Read moreAttempted to eat breakfast at this location with my family on 5/26/21 at 10:30 AM. We went inside to order and immediately noticed some internal conflict was going on with all the staff as they were audibly arguing with each other in plain view of the customers. From observation, it seemed as they were understaffed and were not handling it well. After a long wait in line, we finally started to order. We began with a young lady ordering which was going fine until my mother ordered. She seemed to have an issue understanding my mother and instead of asking her to repeat the order, the young lady simply walked away and grabbed another employee. We then finished our order with the other employee. The employee then became extremely rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional towards my father. We then proceeded to request a refund on our order because of their attitude and mannerisms toward us.
It astonished me how the manager allowed his/her employees to act that way while working and continuing to allow that behavior to occur. I would STRONGLY NOT recommend going to this location as they have no regard for customer service and clearly have underlying issues on the staff and...
