McDonald's — Restaurant in Dade City

12/2/18 - Went to Mcdonalds today around 2pm went up to the speaker ordered : (1) Cheese burger happy meal, (1) Sm Dr.pepper, (1) Large Sweet Tea, (2) Large Coke's, (1) 20 - piece nugget, (1) Large Fry, And (2) McDoubles... We Went to the first window to pay, But unfortunately they failed to tell us until we got to the second window even though the lady on the speaker repeated exactly what we ordered back to us :

(1) Cheese burger happy meal, (1) Sm Dr.pepper, (1) Large Sweet Tea, (2) Large Coke's, (1) 20 - piece nugget, (1) Large Fry, And (2) McDoubles

They Only gave Us The Happy Meal, The Nuggets, The Sweet Tea and Dr.Pepper Because that's what they Said!!!! they Got for the order Which was obviously wrong... and then after having to pay again at the second window to get the fries and the Mcdoubles Because they cashed us out wrong, They Never Even Gave Us The Large Cokes WE ORDERED Even Though We Said It AT THE SPEAKER.... BAD SERVICE , I"M Giving Dade City, Florida Mcdonald's Only (One) STAR Because That was Just Terrible and Ridiculous

(F.Y.I)** "Your Not Allowed Change Your Hours And Say Your Not Open When somebody Comes in the Drive-Thru Around 1am After Work When Your Suppose to keep the drive thru open 24 hours thats insane poor Customer service ... ( You are Corporate owned, not independently owned) Corporate makes the hours Not You Which Means your not allow to change the hours Just because you want to take a un-documented break because you want to be lazy and not do your job when your suppose to..

and By The Way The Girls In drive- Thru Should Learn To Smile And Be More Happier Because Some..Not All Always Look Like Their in a Grumpy Mood all The Time When I Come through the Drive Thru... and Some Don't Even Tell you "Have A Nice Day" Your waiting for Them To Say It and they just shut the window right in front of your face Saying Nothing The Two Keys To Great Customer Service is : (Proper Manners and A Great Attitude) and dade city Mcdonald's Did not Show that Because They Half Smile They Half Don't ,They Always Mess up Your Orders on the drive thru because you hear half the employees goofing off on the speaker to Other Employee's and because the ones goofing off aren't paying ATTENTION They Either Get Your Whole Or Half of Your Order wrong And Depending Who It Is They'll only Ring Up Half Your order even though you said your whole order and they even repeated it back to you then you drive to the window tell them their's more to your order that's not all of it and then 5 minutes of them thinking and just standing their in front of the window they tell you that you never ordered the other half of your order when you absolutely did And Also The Employee's have Verbal Brawls To Other Employee's in front of customers while on clock It's Absolutely Childish,Unprofessional, and really ridiculous if you ask me # Poor Service, # New Staff Round Three, #Staff Needs To Grow Up # It's a restaurant not a Place For Yelling And...

Went to drive thru. I asked them to please fill my fries. I bought it large,bc I was hungry. Got the big meal combo for me. When I got it...box was 2/3. So I go back to drive thru. Girl told me we're only supposed to get 6 oz. I told her I pay for large expect it full. They tell me you got to speak to manager. I say ok. I go. The manager(a brown haired Karen)with a bag of fries & a attitude...and said for me to give my fries...with a attitude. I wasn't rude. Just wanted my money's worth. Got large bc I'm hungry. Well..anyways gave It back. Left. Didn't say anything. However,got home. Started eating and mid way of fries there was white cream in the fries? Remember...I got a big mac. Why was there white cream in the fries mid way? Tasted funny the parts close to midway...but did eat top half.. I don't know...but guarantee you NEVER going there again. It was Tues 6:40 p.m. I've had trouble before there...but the ugly attitude from staff...really the brown haired Karen...done. never going again. Kinda turned off with McD's period. I buy from them about 3xs weekly bc I work alot & too tired to cook....but honestly never even want to go to a McDonald's ever. Now how is it they put a no verbal abuse sign on their window,but their manager acted that way? Just turned off for good there. Just beware. Sorry..I just wanted my container filled bc I paid for it...what is upsetting is if it was the other way around..I'm sure they...

One of the fastest McDonald’s Drive Thurs I have ever been through. From the order to receiving our food it was less than 3 minutes. And that’s with them asking us to pull into “reserved #1 drive thru parking spot” to wait in our food to not hold up the drive thru. We pulled into the spot 30 seconds later our food was being handed to us. The workers were all prepared and even had extra sauces, and napkins. The main lady running the drive thru window was very polite and friendly. She spoke clearly at the speaker and repeated everything back. Not to mention she even helped us out by punching our order in another way to make it cheaper than it would’ve been the way it was ordered. So that was awesome and very helpful of her to do that for us. The kind of service we received from this location was great and that’s not something you can hardly expect to happen anymore. Nobody wants to work and do their jobs correctly. I am curious about how the inside atmosphere is here because if it’s anything like the drive thru service received then this would have to be placed In my top 5 of McDonald’s service for the whole United States. Yeah, I know. There’s a lot of McDonald’s in the US so to make the top 5 is a big deal. Thanks for the wonderful service and y’all keep up the...
