Very Disappointed Our experience was far from impressive. To start, the staff appeared unprofessional and poorly trained. The food was overpriced, and to make matters worse, a bottled drink cost $4.00—with no refills. After placing our order and sitting down, we were informed that they were out of mac and cheese—the one thing my daughter was willing to eat, and the main reason we chose to eat there. They then struggled to figure out how to process a refund, which added to the frustration. We considered leaving but decided to stay and give the food a chance. Unfortunately, that turned out to be a mistake. The wings were so overcooked they were practically inedible, cooked down to the bone. The chicken tenders were nearly burnt. When I expressed concern to the cashier, she casually replied that while the tenders might look burnt, they "wouldn’t taste burnt." I told her plainly: burnt is burnt—and yes, they did taste burnt. I overheard one of the employees mention that the restaurant had been open for three months. If this is the level of service and quality they’re offering after that much time, I honestly don't see how they'll last another three. Even more surprising, she mentioned they’re planning to open four more locations. My advice: get this one right before expanding—otherwise, you're setting yourself up for failure.

I don’t like doing negative reviews. I want there to be good dining choices in town and I want new restaurants to be successful. I also want them to be so good that you want to return. Three of us ordered the tenders and wings combo here. All three of us got wings that were unquestionably overcooked. How they got past the kitchen thinking they were acceptable, we can’t imagine. We thought maybe it was just the outside that might just a little crispy, but no. Three out of four of them were too dry to eat. And the wings were so tiny that they didn’t seem to be from chickens so much as baby chicks. None of us could remember having wings this small. The french fries were simply OK, which considering how common fries are and how good they are at many other places, it was three disappointing items in a row. Sometimes a meal is so disappointing that you don’t even bother telling the establishment because you have to conclude either they are so oblivious to what they’re serving that it won’t matter, or they know and just don’t care. In which case it also won’t matter. Either way, as customers were not going to care to tell them either. We just won’t return.

Get in your car, bring your family and friends for a stop at Flavor Town. This place brings it!!!! If it was possible I would give the place a Supernova rating, it will erase your memory of every wing you have ever eaten and burn the memory of this experience to your hippocampus!

Had very high hopes, but definitely did not meet my expectations or my whole party’s. I’m not so sure I have ever seen wings as small as the ones that were served to us. Sauce on the wings was ok but after 10 wings and fries I felt I needed another 15. 3 others in our group also had very below average size wings. My girlfriend ended up getting the chicken sandwich which I will say was the only things that actually tasted and could have filled a person up. I think it could be a decent restaurant, but some work is definitely needed especially for the prices of drinks and food. Most likely wouldn’t be back unless I hear of...
