I went in to make a return with my receipt and was immediately taunted at the entry. My son wanted to look around before we got to the counter to make the return but the employee was so into my return bag it was rediculious!!!! It was literally 2 pairs of slides that were the wrong size. The employee called someone on their walkie talkie mentioning that I had a return. He didn’t care about providing customer service regarding if we were looking for something else specific, he was just laser focused on my return! I felt so irritated and wanted nothing else!

Management wasn’t any better the short guy literally followed me and then stop to act as if he was checking an item but was literally profiling us! Yeah it was extremely uncalled for and weird as ever! I will be informing corporate of this harassing treatment as well! My family spends so much money in this store and was treated like a suspect! Worst customer service ever.Our families bought like 1500 dollar of stuff from this store.everyone paid separately One of the shirt shrunk when washed.Went back but took the wrong receipt, the so called manager was super rude and not helpful at all.I called customer service and spoke to customer service and they said they should exchange it, the manager could not locate receipt by email.At the end he ended up saying your receipts don't match.The manager said if there was another manager he would have been very rude to you.I was like what is that supposed to mean that someone else will be ruder ? Weird weird people over just one polo shirt,I had other receipts from the same day ,they could have used the same date to trace my receipt if they wanted.I would want to go back...

2 stars for cleanliness friendliness and I’m the stock in the store. It’s been a few years maybe 10 since I’ve visited this exact location. The prices changed like with most places but the prices for this location seemed to have tripled. The staff seemed to be aware that the prices were high so they don’t bother to ask if you need help with anything. 2 people walked out empty handed in front of me. I believe the cheapest thing I saw were $50 shorts in the men’s department (they were half priced) the most expensive piece was a hooded jacket at $138 ticket price.
