Talked with the men delivering the menu sign and the giant ice cream cone as being placed at the store. I also talked to the foreman in charge of the whole build and said the store will be opening soon after Thanksgiving that they're in the process right now of hiring the crew for the store. Several of us are looking forward to the opening of the shop. Update Grand opening December 8 2021 but December 7th they had soft opening Family and Friends event Free Treats 6 pm till 8 pm but they stayed open till 9 pm. They had a very large turnout serving drive-thru and three walk up windows making the wait time twenty minutes or less. I had stopped by earlier in the day and spoke with Avery the Marketing Director who was very helpful describing the items feature on their menu and their customer rewards program if you sign up on the app. I also met managers Dillon and Jeramy. Avery was out helping handing out menus and helping with the crowd control to make for a minimal wait time I think she did an awesome job considering with such a large crowd that showed up and even keeping the store open an extra hour to try to serve everyone that showed up. I really enjoyed what I sampled and everyone I talk to seem to have said how good their was too. I enjoyed watching the frozen custard coming out of the machine because it is made there not something just shipped in they also make their waffle cones in house. I definitely will be a return customer and encourage my family and friends to try the Frozen Custard at Andy's. The shop has a nice open feel to it with benches out front. There is handicap parking available and everything is handicap accessible including the bathrooms. The building can be easily seen from the street and getting in and out of the parking lot and going through the drive-through is very accessible. I want to personally thank all of employees they had working there with as overwhelming as the crowd was they all seemed to stay...

When we first got there the all the employees were just standing there chatting with each other, one girl was even eating a custard. There were 3 cars in front of us and nobody was working. Finally they got to work. When I placed my order the girl got frustrated because I asked for a rootbeer float but keep the custard and rootbeer separate with an extra scoop of custard. (My wife likes adding it herself so the ratio is correct. They did that correct. I wanted a large jackhammer with mint and chocolate chips and a side of fudge. They gave it to me with the custard, then the liquid mint and chips on top. They didn't even mix it. (It has always been blended). The guy at the window had no clue. He asked someone to mix it and they said thats the way it comes. They were wrong, I always get it a couple times a week and it is always blended. After I paid and got my items I asked for a lid for the float, my jackhammer and the fudge. It has never been so bad there. We've been going since it has opened at least a few times a month. It was almost as if there was No Management on site.

Here a month later, still a lack of competent management, orders still incorrect, mixes not blended. Also they don't even ask for the promotion code. I lost double points last Friday because as soon as I got to the window they wanted payment. I gave her my payment and told her my code and she said "to late". I said get a manager and fix it so I could get my points. She said there wasn't a manager on duty and she couldn't...

Don’t bother! We are extremely disappointed and have not gotten what we paid for! The last three times we have been here we’ve gotten either two concrete or concrete and a Sunday. Each time our deserts have arrived with almost no toppings. This last time was the worst (Sunday November 12th). My concrete was supposed to have espresso and Oreo in a vanilla custard. There was so little espresso that you could only see the brown color on the very top and the rest was all white custard, and there was maybe a half a teaspoon of Oreo. It was so ridiculous that I have to wonder. Is this laziness or is someone charging me for the toppings and only ringing in a vanilla custard so that they can pocket the difference? It’s that ridiculously sparse of toppings. We are done going to Andy’s!! It’s too expensive for your desserts to be like this. By the way, this last time I got one was my birthday and that’s all I wanted was a splurge of dessert. My mistake was not looking at it when my husband brought it home to me. We put them in the freezer and by the time we realized what had happened. It was too late to go back. What a disappointment! Once is an accident, twice is a coincidence, but three times is a problem! I’d much rather just go to the 7-Eleven and spend a couple of bucks on an ice cream cone. At least I’ll get...

Came here while visiting Dallas and my niece always raving about Andy's. Stopped by on a Sunday afternoon and it wasn't crowded at all when arrived. This was perfect as we hard a large party with about 11 orders. Walked right up and friendly cashier took our orders. They immediately started making them and called out as each one was ready. This started to back them up as there was quickly a line of about 8 people. However, they did a great job of juggling these orders while taking new orders. Each item came out exactly as described and expected. The custard was very fresh, soft, and loaded with ingredients. We all ordered concretes, but some of the other items I saw came out looked good as well. It was a nice day, so we just sat outside at the sitting area and enjoyed the concretes. Good custard and good customer service.

Stopped at Andy’s with my boyfriend today and we were so excited, because a) we love their frozen custard and b) this location is much closer to us than the Lake Highlands location. We went through the drive-thru and weren’t sure what we wanted, so we just waited until the window to order. Really sweet girl that took our order, I wish I could have seen her name tag! We got two Stolen Brownie Sundaes, and it was our first time trying them - SO GOOD! I love the warm brownie and hot fudge with that insanely silky custard. The roasted pecans add a nice touch to the sundae, and, of course, you need a cherry (or two!) on top! Really delicious sundae, and their concretes are amazing. Haven’t tried a malt or shake, but maybe someday! I really am so excited to have this place nearby. I can’t wait to visit this location again!

I love Andy's. I come here all the time, at least once a month. I usually get a large concrete in the drive thru and take it home to finish through out the week. I just got to the bottom of my concrete and there was a large, metal shard in it that I bit and nearly swallowed.. I'm assuming their mixer busted and they continued to use it without realizing last week :( Feeling freaked out as I'm hoping I didn't ingest any other metals. I wish I noticed this sooner, I really hope no one else was subjected to this without knowing either. Edit: forgot to mention this was the limited time peanut butter concrete
