I haven't had a bagel this tasty in quite some time! Excellent food, friendly service. If I lived in Dallas, I'd definitely be a regular.Very rarely will I ever post a review for something, but Bennys Bagels deserves an acknowledgement! I just moved in my own place a week ago so I don't have the luxury of having a breakfast taco made by my cousin every morning anymore. I work across the street at Chips and decided to stop by for a quick breakfast before my shift. Amazing! Friendly staff, clean environment, great food! I had the big potato burrito..tasted just like my cousins food. I also had a peach banana smoothie. Soooo good and a nice break from the milk shakes I make all day at my job. Im the type of person who goes somewhere and sticks to something they really like. I went in today and got a tuna salad wrap (and another smoothie of course!). Absolutely delicious! The staff is as friendly as ever and it filled me up quite nicely! Safe to say this is my new...
Read moreI received the wrong order today from the Benny's Bagels Dallas location today. I tried ordering ahead this weekend because during their morning rushed over the last few Saturdays I have ordered in-store, all of their employees seemed very stressed. Their cashier didn't check the bag after I told him my name - he just handed me one of their 4 or 5 pickup order bags sitting on the counter.

I ordered a custom bagel via their Clover online ordering system (the default option for pickup orders on their Google Business Page). I received two bagels as listed on this receipt from the bag I was given.
Since I have called this location multiple times and can't get through to anyone, is it possible you will see my message here and offer me a...

The vegetable cream cheese rivals any available in New York and the prices can't be beat. The atmosphere is warm and inviting with a friendly staff and clientele. However, as a longtime New Jerseyan and New Yorker, I suggest diners adjust their expectations. The bagels are not adequate substitutes for typical New York bagels -- they are more like rolls. Tasted from this perspective, without comparison to their namesake, you will leave happy. If you are expecting a New York bagel, you will likely be disappointed. On a side note, we ordered additional bagels to go, and I was pleased with the walnut-cranberry option. We...
