Stick to the ice creams, shakes, sundaes. If that was all they served they could easily be a 5 star restaurant. BUT the burgers bring them down. I ordered a bag of burgers and strawberry shake. The shake was thick and the flavor was gooood I can tell real strawberries were used. I was in heaven. Then I unwrapped my greasy wrapped burger. It was Eh. I could tell the burgers had been sitting under a warmer. The bun was kinda smashed, the burger was greasy and not assembled right. I maybe had a dab of mustard or ketchup in the very very center about the size of a quarter. The pickle was sour not dill and good thing I only had one on my burger, I don’t even remember what else was on it. I know I only ate one of the 5 that comes in the bag of burgers.

The burgers are edible but just not good. They will do but you will have to take them home and add ingredients to the burger and throw away that nasty pickle. Or just order it without pickles.

I couldn’t put something with that much visible grease in my body which tasted mediocre. But that shake was worth every Penny...

Went to McDonald’s and unfortunately the line was too long so I said I’ll give Brams a try which I usually only order ice cream from and they had absolutely no customers, upon arriving the sign said not large or extra large cups due to a shortage which is the same sign that has been there for some time now….. the menu board said happy hour drinks $1 sausage biscuits 1.20 so I ordered each and was told they could only give me the medium cup and i said that’s fine, get to window and the total is around 3.50 so I asked about the drink and was told oh we aren’t doing happy hour anymore, I responded well it’s on your menu and was told what do u want me to do about it from the careless cashier, I said well ask the manager and she replied I already did! This let me no that not only is the staff incompetent but management as well. A simple solution to save a future customer is to honor such simple things and make the proper adjustments not just tell them oh well! But I’ll just continue going to where I receive good service, this may explain your...

Today's 3-star rating has nothing really to do with a product itself - I ordered the newest Sunday called The Cookie Monster Sunday which is two scoops of there Cookie Monster ice cream on top of shortbread and then chocolate syrup and sprinkles it is delicious! But sad to say, that the person selling this item which is in the Drive-Thru his name is Bobby - and he looked miserable. He didn't sound good in the microphone / speaker when I placed my order then when I drove up to see, it confirmed his demeanor by his sad and unhappy face also he wasn't friendly or polite. Honestly, this can make or break me wanting to return to this establishment because a lot of the times if the product is good but the customer service is excellent It's a for sure return but when you're attended too like this - you don't feel like going back because you don't feel welcomed... hence, the 3-star...
