I hesitated posting this due to the combativeness the negative reviews have received by ownership/management.
It’s a bit unprofessional that the owner and/or manager are responding to negative reviews in such a way you know they are not hearing or appreciating the honest feedback.
The food is mediocre, the pizza has a basic sauce, the cheese barely melts, and it’s overpriced for a toppings. I know they emphasize that they are a NY style pizza joint but in reality they miss the ball. The food is edible and good if you’re drunk and hungry but it’s nothing to run home about or bring your family and friends here for dinner. I would suggest making specialty slices for the price and then being able to allow additional toppings like a true NY style place. Also adding more finger foods to the menu such as chicken tenders etc.
The service is always excellent, the bartender with the curly hair is why I have returned he’s attentive and caring. The games are fun, the overall atmosphere is nice.
Negative feedback should be received to grow your business and make effective changes in order to retain new customers. I’m certain this review will be met with sarcasm and sarcasm excuses versus listening and applying.

Read moreThis place might be having an identity crisis and I'm going to give it another try soon. My first impression is that Last Call is trying to be too many things at once. For a place that seems to be about its pizza, it's very mediocre and basically flavorless. The telltale sign of mediocre pizza is seeing sub sandwiches on the menu - it's hard to do both at an exceptional level. I appreciate the big slices but don't paint it with butter before it comes out. Pizza gets a 3/10. The wings were typical bar wings and exactly what you'd expect at a bar - so just fine and I'm looking forward to trying to fried pickles next. Food came out on the flimsy paper plates. Fine whiskies at the bar but food comes out the cheapest paper plates. Would like to see a real plate. Atmosphere is decent if you're just in to watch a game. I like the big TVs at the bar, and really appreciated how they had college football on tonight. The slot machines and video poker games make the place look desperate and just feel out of place. This place needs to figure out if it wants to be a long-term neighborhood staple, or just another...
Read moreGot a pizza from here for take out. Went in to pick it up and the GM came out and said that they had burnt thr pizza slightly and in his mind he couldn't give a customer a bad product. He then offered me a free beer and appetizer and apologized for the wait (I took a water). He was extremely gracious the entire time and asked if I needed anything. An abseolute gem of an employee.
The fried mushrooms were SPECTACULAR. Munching on some as I write this. And don't even get me started on the pizza. The best pie south of the mason-dixon.
The service was great the staff was great the food was great everything is was a 10/10. Couldn't reccomend this place more.
P.S. Erin(or Eren dont know how to spell it) the GM was spectacular and was better than I can put into words. This site cannot allow me to rate him high enough. The absolute best. Better than a 10/10.
And Erin if you're reading this, the mushrooms were just as good as you said. And thank you for...
