Cashier should be fired. Dead eye stare, rude. Took my order incorrectly. Menu says 11.99 for full price. I was ordering boneless wings on a Thursday so it's buy one get one free. She tells me it will be 17 dollars. I try to figure out why the price is so high and fix the mistake. She says "did you hear that beep. It means the order was already sent through, so now you wanna change something" and refused to correct my order...clearly they can easily change/cancel an order since when I left without paying the cashier had no problem with that at all. She seemed happy to turn away as many people as possible.
If they can't bother to correct an order when they made the mistake what else are you supposed to do. The place just opened and I am positive they will be closed within the year if they keep up...

You are responsible for checking your order. When you tell them they missed an entire item and they tell you they don't have it, they refuse to take it off the bill and make you attempt to dispute it through the app. This option does not exist and they refuse to help you to show you how to dispute it. Then when you ask them to provide an alternative, they refuse. Absolute incompetence. Then when we looked closer at our order once we got home, we found they forgot another item that we were charged for. Again, there is no ability through the app to get a refund. They all said “I don’t know how to cancel an order”. I called multiple times afterwards and they kept saying manager would come in later. They apparently never had a manager on site because after multiple calls they kept saying she wasn’t there, wasn’t available whatever the case.
