I hate giving one star to places and hopefully it was just today.
We paid too much for chicken, pork and beef tacos that were dry with no flavor. Our son even spit out the chicken quesadilla because of the chicken and he usually loves that at other places.
I went to the bathroom only to find the door didn't lock and there was no toilet paper. I asked for toilet paper and they told me to use the paper towels. At least season the food a little.
I guess you have to ask for limes at this restaurant because we didn't get any on our to go order. Horchata was good, but the straws weren't functional.

Not good Customer service there is only one bathroom to share between male and female while the other bathroom available is designed for employees only instead of having a male and female bathrooms apart and the employees use the same bathroom also the small size jarrito that is normally sold at Wal-Mart for $0.66 they sell it for the outrage price for $2.82 and after you paid for the jarrito that is not cold enough you ask for ice and they also charge you for that have never seen that price or even close to that price in any place for those drinks I seen that and I think prices of this store to be very selfish and inconsiderate to the customers I would never go back is not about the money is about the principles this type of restaurants will hurt the economy for everyone else that's why i...

La Hechizera Tortas was clean and the employee taking my order were very courteous. The food was okay, nothing to write home about. I ordered two chilaquilles, one scrambled and the other fried. Because these chilaquilles didn't come with beans and potatoes, I ordered a side of beans and some fries. The horchata and Jamaica were both delicious. I ordered chicken flautas for my partner which they really enjoyed.
Overall I am indifferent, my food was basic yet I may still give this place another shot.
