It’s my Birthday and I had this place on my list! You had me at Mexican but when you said Vegan you got all of me. From the ease of finding the location and a great parking spot had me open for more. From the beautiful greeting, great energies, and atmosphere I was swimming in bliss. My first question was what the type of meat they are using for plant based? They have lots of options but there are some that has traces of animal blood and also has pesticides. I understand the business side of things is to give the people what they think they want. But is it for their highest and greatest good? The Impossible meat is sold at McDonald’s. This meat has traces of animal blood and pesticides in it. I would like to know how many vegans would eat at McDonald’s? Stay away from the impossible meat or any other items that are processed. Check ingredients they have a lot of chemicals in it. Start doing your research. If you want to live a healthier lifestyle do not fall into the trap of thinking you are doing a better thing when there are hidden ingredients meant to cause harm to your body. Listen to your body. It will tell you everything you need to know.
I had this amazing drink that tasted so divine I was in awe and said this cannot be real.
The food was just ok for the simple fact it’s not the best quality vegan items being prepared in the establishment. It’s so much research that has to be done. Yes it can beat eating animals and supposedly have better ingredients but they have ingredients in there that should not be eaten. These items are meant to lower your vibration so you cannot reach your highest potential. I’m out here wanting to spread awareness while also giving this wonderful restaurant recognition for creating the change. They cater to the people. So which ever level you are on your journey you will be able to enjoy the meal and celebrate every baby...
Read moreI want to give them 5 Stars but the non service doesn’t allow me.
The door was jammed. I thought it was locked. I walked to look for another door but nope, that was it. When I finally got it opened I immediately made eye contact w an employee who was simply watching me need help.
I get to the table and he tells us, scan here. If it doesn’t work look online, I’ll be at the register to order or preferably order on your phone. That’s okay. I ask for suggestions “I don’t have your taste buds” well what do people like the most “we keep the website updated w what’s ordered most” well what do people say tastes the best versus ordered “we have regulars, they like all sorts”
The next couple who came in and sat near me said that they came before and had zero verbal interactions w staff.
I asked the manager about it and he said people changed because of COVID…
the service SUCKS and it’s totes unwelcoming but the music was great the food is AMAZING!! So good that I checked the menu on Door Dash and saw that they didn’t offer what I liked the most there and ordered it THEN so I could reheat it for dinner later! The spicy chicken wontons! Wow! Wow! Wow!
We ordered a bunch of things, birria tacos, crispy chimi, birria enchiladas and the chicken wontons.
The birria tacos were the least but rated good. I’d eat them again. But the last because they were simply good when everything else was crazy delicious!
I’m def eating here again and bringing friends! Just going to forewarn them that this place is not for the service minded. But the...
Read moreYea, I’ve hit the Jackpot at Casa Del Vegano. Not only with the food, but the staff as well. First let me start by saying, no matter how good the good food, if the the atmosphere and staff aren’t right then nothing can be. I’m always greeted upon entering and when I leave. Pleasant is an understatement for the way staff handles business. That being said, I want to give special attention to my new friend and host Miranda. She has come to know me, what I like and b-lines to my favorite table (if available) when I come in. Always smiling, patience and accommodating to my request and with my questions. She knows I like lime with my water and knows my favorite dish. Yes, I have a favorite amongst all the fabulous choices. The Casamiento is a must try! There are many other great choices as well. In fact I don’t think there was one meal I didn’t like. Yes, it’s all 100% vegan too, but my meal loving guest enjoyed the menu as well. Promise, you will be happy with your meal, but you must go down the menu to fully appreciate the beautiful work going on in the kitchen. The only time I’ve been disappointed is when I desire to be there on a Monday and they are closed. Or the one day recently I bounced in there at 7pm on a Sunday thinking I was going to eat, but the kitchen had already closed…smh. Yea, I guess I won’t be truly satisfied until they are open noon to midnight 7 days a week!!! Hey Miranda, I don’t know whether you’ll see this, but keep rocking those good Old Fashions too! They are the truth!!!...
