Chicken N Things — Restaurant in Dallas

My second time going after a year, the chicken strips are very good. The food is great good portions. The only problem about the place is the worker in the cash register. The young lady with bright red hair is very rude while taking your order after I had repeat the order it was correct. While waiting she loudly screamed to her coworker "I said bring napkins and bags for the second time". Also rudely not going to the drive-thru window to great with a please hold or some kind of way to a customer that waited 5min. with out her saying anything to her as she had finished taking orders to other customers. When finally helped she ate a chicken strip in front of the cash wrap. I got my order and checked it while going home at the second light I noticed an order was wrong they had placed rice instead of fries. I returned to exchange for fries through the drive-thru and she stated I had ordered fries and she got an attitude stating "If you want fries you have to order them and pay for them" I informed her I did say fries the first time not rice if I may get them changed. She said no. I told her if I could have my money back she got a greater attitude and increased her voice saying we do not give money back you can only buy. I said ok. Then she stated "This is the second time you do this" I was shocked she was accusing a customer as I have only gone their once in about a year long and the first time I got good service. I then informed her if I may speak to a manager or supervisor she said no but you can come tomorrow (04/04/2014). I informed her may I have a phone number I can call she said I can no provide that information. I informed her can I call the phone number on the menu she said "how ever you liked" rolled her eyes, laughed, and closed the window. I left with out good customer service. I've never raised my voice like she did and never was rude to her. Every other coworker while I was their were great and even the food is perfect I do recommend the place but not with a cashier and coworker like that. She needs training for a good quality food place to grow and get better. I hope she gets a training with the manager or supervisor. One last thing its not the first time I hear a complain of her because my friends have stated a few things of that one young lady. I hope for...

I have been to this restaurant numerous times. I started out ordering the Orange Chicken. It was pretty good, taste wasn't there but hey, I didn't expect the true Chinese grade of Orange Chicken you would expect from a sit down restaurant. The next few times, I had the Sesame Chicken, Spicy General Chicken, and the Kung Pao Chicken. After tasting the different dishes, I came to realize that the same sauce is used on all of those dishes. The sauce is a brown, sweet, but bland sauce that is dressed accordingly to that particular dish. Some with peppers and onion, no additions, or with veggies. However, there isn't any distinct flavor to each dish, just that bland brown sauce. The customer service is great , the restaurant is always clean, but the Chinese dishes are bland and does not come close to the flavor of the popular dishes. I really like the place, I just hope the food is updated with the actual sauces of the dishes...

So there I was on the way to Houston from Dallas during rush hour traffic, and waze had me zig zagging all the way thru the Southside and right on time my spouse tells me they have pee. After passing a 7 11 I start to really hear and so I'm on the lookout for the next thing I see. That next thing was wings and things. So we walk in and realize they have Chinese food and fried chicken. So immediately, I'm skeptical because I feel like they got too many things going on. It really alarmed me when they were asking inside and out to leave good reviews. I'm hungry and I can't have my spouse use the bathroom without buying something. So we buy three chicken finger meals, one for my daughter also. Once I open the box and caught the aroma, I knew I had stumbled upon a hidden gem.
