I am so very disappointed with this location. Chili’s has always been one of my favorite places to eat with my family. We can get great food and drinks at a great price for a family of 6 and they have NEVER failed us. This was our 1st time visiting this location and it will most definitely be the last. First off, we have 4 small children ranging from 2-9 so trying to seat us in the bar area with rowdy people when there are tables available else is NOT okay. Secondly, when we were finally seated although there were served weaving in and out all around us, NO ONE greeted us. We waited over 10 minutes to give our drink orders! I believe we may have been seated in a waitresses section who was on break because when she came out she did seem irritated (not with us) and offered to cover our appetizer. Our drink and food orders were taken at the same time, since we had soooo much time to think about it. The kids food came out first how it always does at Chili’s (no problem there) but my husbands and I food was subpar and our oldest food was wrong. Although I had repeated each order more than once his Honey BBQ Chicken Crispers, fries and pineapples came out drenched in buffalo sauce! I immediately sent it back with the server who brought it out and she insured me that they would prepare him a new plate. 15-20minutes later our waitress comes back and we tell her that he still hasn’t eaten. She was completely unaware that his food was prepared wrong and sent back! She then says she’ll get them to remake it. Then 5 minutes later a manager is walking by and asks us how our meal is going and we explained everything to her. She acts shocked and says she’ll get them to remake it. We explained we want it to go because at that point we are ALL done with our food except for my oldest. We had also ordered a dessert as part of our $25 for 2 meal and asked for that to go as well. When the meal was finally redone, another 10minutes later, I witnessed the manager handing off the to go container to a random officer that seemed to be on duty there and have him bring it to us. And it was STILL WRONG! Like REALLY?!!!! Our waitress apologized and told us that if she complained about that particular chef it would not go good for her (whatever that means), and said she would get the manager for us. When the manager came out, instead of coming to us, she went to a large new table of young girls and spoke with them for a while. When she got to us it’s like she didn’t even want to hear what I had to say and just immediately said, “I’m taking all of the kids meals off your bill. I was just asking for her to take off my sons that hadn’t eaten because I had given him my food because I just can’t have my baby over there starving and I’m eating. She insisted on taking them off and walked away. Strangely though, our bill was still over $50 with added gratuity for just my husband and I. We paid- minus the tip of course- and ended up leaving still without our paid for dessert. We were just done at the point and needed to get our kids home so they could sleep. Moral of the story, travel the extra miles to the Chili’s in...
Read moreThis was my first time to try Chili's. I wasn't really impressed. When we got there the place was pretty busy but was dying down so we had gotten seated pretty quickly. Once the waitress finally came to our table and got our drink orders we had already had enough time to decide what we all wanted she asked for our drink orders and asked if we knew what we wanted we said yes and when we looked up to order she was gone. I knew then we should have just gotten up and left but we stayed. I had ordered the endless chips and salsa soup and salad. So when the chips, salsa and salad came out I went to salt the chips and nothing came out because the holes on the top of the shaker was blocked so I had my daughter go and grab a shaker off a different table and again the same thing the salt had gotten moist/wet and there was no napkins. So when I saw the waitress I told her about the salt and she asked me to give her both shakers that they had to be thrower away. When she finally brought back a salt shaker it looked like she may have emptied the old salt and poured in new salt which wouldn't have bothered me except the inside of the shaker was dirty from the old salt. And as for the napkins she brought us 3 for a table of 4 and a toddler. When our food came out the soup I had ordered was warm but not really hot I said nothing because the girl that was waiting on us was nowhere around. When we ordered drinks my niece asked for water and she didn't get that until well after food came out and the only reason she did finally get the water was beause when the girl finally came back drinks needed to be refilled. It took so long to get drinks the my daughter ended up empting my glass of tea. My Aunt had also ordered the same thing as me had asked for another serving which was suppose to be endless well she never saw it. If/when we actually seen our waitress it would take forever to get anything back. We didn't get waited on very well at all. So when we went to leave and the manager asked how everything was I was already very agitated about the service we received and the fact the soup was only warm I just shot her a look we just said everything was fine but in...
Read moreMy family and I stepped out to celebrate my husband and son’s Birthday and it was the worst possible service you can imagine. For starters the hostess hates her job. Not one smile not even a grin but she sure loved to stare. She doesn’t even offer to ask if we need a high chair for my 2 year old. I had to get that myself. Second, there was a man, not sure what his position is but he was in and out of the kitchen(not a waiter though) brings the drinks to the table and as i’m responding who the drinks belong to so is my husband but not once does he look at me or acknowledges that i’m there sitting not more than 2 feet away from him. The waitress seemed nice but uninterested in checking back on us to order our main course. The place wasn’t packed. She even seemed lost in thought as I looked straight at her to get her attention. We sat there waiting for about 35 minutes. People came and got their food while we sat there still waiting. Also, not sure if racism played a part but the fact that we were the only hispanic family of 5 seated with drinks and no food for almost an hour all together doesn’t make sense to me. Even the customers looked at us like we were something strange. We paid for our drinks and our appetizer…I damn had to walk into the kitchen to get someones attention for a to go cup because the waitresses who would pass by me didn’t even stop to ask if i needed anything and when I asked for one someone in the kitchen said NO and quickly played it off when I turned to look at him and said he was just kidding. Worst experience ever. My family and I felt belittled, disrespected and that will be my first and my last time going there. The service is complete trash. That place is a fiasco. Do not go there unless you want to get serviced by incompetent people who clearly don’t know their left from their right. If i could give zero...
