The food here is legit! The gorditas are hot fresh and great size, I recommend the chicharron prensado. Definitely above average quality. The tortas are pretty big and very filling, I recommend the Cubana. Last but not least, the tacos are also delicious but smaller than your average small street taco. Id skip the tacos ONLY because of the size but you will NOT go wrong with tortas or gorditas. If visiting for lunch you may want to call ahead as it does get busy and since everything is cooked fresh it could take 15+ minutes to cook.

Note: this place should be 4-5 star rated on Google. I cant say anything about the service because mine was great but I'm rating the food only. Parking can be a little rough but its worth it.

Perronas las gorditas y tortas. Los tacos tambien estan con ma** pero pequeños. Bien recomendado el lugar. Yo soy de fort worth pero andaba trabajando cerca y saliendo pase por mas comida...

I’ve use to eat at this restaurant during my lunch break. I’ve stopped coming due to their prices. They are very expensive. I came here today with my mom and we experienced the worst customer service. We sat ourselves down due to being busy, we waited ten minutes at our table. They finally came up to us and gave us the menu. The waiter asked what we wanted to drink which we told her what we wanted. She left for five minutes and didn’t even come back. I saw both waiters just eating a popsicle during the shift. That is very unprofessional. They were taking their time and she forgot our drinks. She asked the other waiter to get our order and drinks. The food took a while which we didn’t mind. She came with out with the food and one order was missing. I was very disappointed. The waiters are very unprofessional. Don’t recommend...

I could eat here every day! Nice people, very clean premises, quick service, and good food. Novel theme! We were the only gringos there - a very good sign for us Foodies - I had the Alambres Vegetariano (11) - they arrived hot as did my tortillas. Lots of cheese. My wife had the Torta Insurgentes (13) - as big as the basket it came out in - she's a good eater, but nonetheless had to take a quarter home. We split a Piñeapple grande (4.5) - excellent. I will be back here again - this is the best restaurant that's close to the Presbyterian hospital complex at Walnut Hill and Greenville. I'm a wee bit reluctant to give them 4 stars (it is a sandwich place after all), but considering their effort and result,...

Okay, first off the meat taste great! Besides that, a little too pricey, and when I asked for an extra lime, I was told it was a charge. Wow. They have a small one window drive thru, which was decent. However, when I was given my order the young girl handed my box tilted, which cause my food to be displaced. Come on and then usually when I order a sope I get an utensil, but nope luckily I had one in the car to scoop everything back into place. Overall, the food taste good though, just please handle my food with a little more respect, and an extra lime, after I spent 10+ bucks for a sope, a taco, and a drink, come on it's not too much trouble.

Best experience for Mexican food in Dallas by far, a little hidden gem with big flavors! The manager approached us and introduced himself as well the restaurant. Can tell there is a lot of passion for the restaurant. The staff was very friendly and checked in with us frequently. Everything was very freshly made and so flavorful. The red sauce packs a big punch for heat and flavor. The green sauce was milder in heat but was not lacking flavor. Not sure what they are called but they look like puffed wagon wheels and goes great with Valentina Sauce, better offering then simple chips with salsa. Highly recommend this place.

If you're looking for tortas near North Dallas then this place is for you. Half of the menu is different kind of tortas with meats, cheeses that compliment each other. Their taco selection is small but very good. The Al Pastor tacos were very well seasoned and the tripe tacos were crunchy and well cooked. It's a small locale that gets pretty packed around lunch time but they have a drive-thru just in case you're the to-go kinda person. It's a hidden gem that you'll have to try!
