I am very disappointed in this location if I could give them a zero ⭐I would... First off the lady working the window had a bad attitude... I guess because of her dialect, she could not understand what I said...(That's not my fault... If you cannot understand English, that is not my fault, so please do not have an attitude with me because of that)... That was the 1️⃣rest problem... DON'T GET ME WRONG, THE 🐔🐔 WAS HOT AND FRESH.. BUT the 2️⃣nd problem occurred on my 3️⃣Rd piece of 🐔, I peel back the skin... I GOT ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED 💯💯💯💯😡😡(THE GREASE CAME ROLLING OFF OF IT LIKE A WATERFALL) (I DID NOT EVEN THINK THAT WAS POSSIBLE 💯💯💯).... Read moreI stopped at this location after work and ordered the 12 piece tender meal with 1 side and 4 biscuits. I paid and went home. After opening the box, I seen a strand of hair hanging out of the box, so I opened it and hair was fried inside of a few tenders. I called the location, but no answer, so I went back. A lady was sitting in the corner eating and 2 other ladies were working the window and putting food in the boxes. The lady who was eating finished then came to the window, no hair net, and I showed her the food with hair attached. She asked if I wanted a refund and yes I did. I then asked for the manager because no one should be working in the food industry without wearing a hairnet. She states that her name is Maria and she’s the manager. and she had flour on her apron, which lets me know that she battered and the food. Read moreIm not quite sure of the schedule but the staff who works on Tuesdays between 11 and 4 have got the best attitudes ever. The others need more work with customer service, but the woman who works the drive-thru and the other two inside the building are quick, attentive and are very positive. I don't hear "there's a wait for this" or "we're out of that". I'm actually stunned that it took me this long to write a good review when I'm very grumpy when I'm hungry. McDonald's, Williams, and Grandy's in the area have messed over my orders, persuaded me to order something else, or just flat out said that they didn't have what I had a taste for at the time with attitudes in their voices.
