It was not a very pleasant experience at all. The older man behind the counter and the girl at the window were very rude. Jessica V. (The girl at the window) had a attitude with me while I was ordering and was upset about me paying with a one hundred bill. I didn't have any smaller bills and apologized but she rolled her eyes and sighed. When I got my daughter's food it was dry and looked as if it were under a heat lamp for some time. When I went inside to ask for fresh food they were rude I could hear them talking about me in the kitchen.

Received my food at 12:08 tough dry chicken. Cold soggy okra . Cold fries.....what can i say.. coke was good but was out of ice. A stinking homeless guy showed up with his pants around his ankles with his own food ...ate it and went to sleep or passed out . Dirty and sticky tables . This place makes the city dump look good. The counter help was talking very loud using pretty bad words. With ladies and a child here eating... no respect at all..Now the help is outside looking at a car racing the motor.

Why I get home after I order and I get this from a manager after like why does it look like I got someone's left over out from the trash like I can't feed my kids this it smells rancid like it had been left out then reheat I paid $20 for this I live to far and gas is to high to go back I've been calling and nobody answers the phone I want my money back please

What I learned:

The dining room is always closed at this location, even for take-out, and customers must use the drive thru only.

The workers inside do not put up a sign or anything to let customers know this. They just lock the doors (which still have a schedule attached for open dine-in hours) and ignore people who walk up to them for a long time before eventually making a confusing gesture towards the drive thru, with no other explanation.

This location almost never has buns available for their sandwiches, and even when staff is aware of a current unavailability, they confusingly leave the sandwiches on the menu instead of crossing them off to let customers know. They do this even though the sandwiches are far more frequently unavailable than they are...

What I remember I really don't eat a chicken as much as I used to. It got to the point that sometime it made me sick so when I did go I just go for the homemade butter biscuit now I can do that I don't have a problem with that or they french fries especially when you tell him to cook it fresh that's why I gave her three point star. And the staff somewhat friendly I remember back in the days we used to eat Church's Chicken and it was good and fresh and we really did enjoy it. I sure do miss those days when my grandfather used to go to Church's Chicken before they close and get couple of peppers. Maybe your experience will be better than mine I hope. You know they say when you lose a customer you lose money I'm so sorry for that you have lost a valuable customer...

This food was delivered so im not sure how much that plays into this, but delivery distance was less than 6 minutes away...

My personal opinion but the chicken was bland the mild coating didn't have a hint of salt and more soggy than crunchy. Chicken its self certain prices were juicy but some of them were dry. Fried okra was cold and chewy again no seasoning "baked Mac and cheese" was more of a soup consistency. The biscuit was stale and cold and the honey coating would be an awesome touch if it hadn't hardened into this weird candy coating. Not a 1 star because there was a 3rd party delivering the food which could play a factor but still not overly happy...
