This is the 2nd order in a row that has been incorrect. They are unapologetic about it, and in fact have an attitude as if they are too important to be bothered with the order they messed up. I ordered via the CiCi's app and they delivered via Uber. The wings were missing from the order. We noticed immediately and opened the door and yelled out to the drivers that the order was missing. They looked at us and simply got in the car and pretended they didn't hear us calling out to them. My brother attempted to wave them down and they just drove off. I called The Uber drivers first and they basically told me that was not their problem and I needed to take it up with CiCi's pizza. I called CiCi's Pizza they agreed to do a refund. The Uber drivers kept calling back to back so I answer the phone and they said that they were at CiCi's and they were going to bring the wings then I hear an irritated, attitude filled voice in the background. It was the same CiCi's Pizza employee I had spoken to who said she would do the refund and she had an attitude with me saying that I'm already did the refund as if I was trying to hustle them. Keep in mind I'm not the one who called them back the Uber drivers called me and I was simply answering the phone clueless as to what was happening on their end. I didn't know that they had driven all the way back to the CiCi's pizza, because they told me that there was nothing they could do and I needed to call cici's which is what I did. Her attitude was misdirected nonetheless. As of now I have paid $13.99 plus tax for some overpriced, small wings that I did not receive. The app does not reflect a refund was received or initiated, and when I asked for a confirmation number which should have been created when the alleged to refund was initiated, they said it doesn't exist. According to them and there's no such thing and they can't confirm the refund but that I should receive an email within 24 hours. Again they did nothing to write their wrong, and had much attitude about it as if they were the victim and I was the villain. Will not be using this Cici's again and if this is how their partnership with Uber works perhaps they should not be utilizing Uber for their...
Read moreI went yesterday to dine in with my family, I looked online to see what time I closed before we headed that way. Online it said it closes at 10pm we made it at around 9:07 when we were about to walk in an employee turns the “open” sign off and we basically walk to the register at the same time.. we were about to order when she proceeds to say they are only doing to go orders when clearly there’s people eating in the dining area getting up to still eat the pizza at the bar. We said online it says 10pm and she’s like yeah but we close at 9 after that is to go only and then we are like there’s people eating and we literally were right in front of you when you turned the open signed off. She was very rude and didn’t know how to handle the situation seems like she was eager to go home already and clean up when clearly it closes at 10pm, before we’ve never had an issue eating there if we showed up at 9 because we were out the door before closing but I guess management changed and employees decide when they can turn off the open sign even if there’s people still...
Read moreMan..what can I say about poorly made pizza with no flavor. Not worth the stop. You'll be lucky to be able to brush the taste out your mouth and be sure that there is a lot of bathroom tissue on hand when you get home cause your going to need it after the pizza hits you. I watched as the employees handled different products with out ever washing their hands. I have seen them wipe the sweat out of their faces and go right back to preparing the pizza. I've seen them wipe their noses and touch the food. Tables were dirty with pizza crust on the chairs and sauce stuck to the floor. Bathrooms were so dirty you had to wipe your feet after you left the bathroom. Lets just say peoples aim there is lacking. Not worth the stop or the money or the pain of sitting on the tolate for more than a few minutes spewing what was served to you with dirty hands. Gross is the word for this place. This is the second Cicis pizza place that has low or no training of employee standards. Eat at...
