When covid hit the world she was pushed to think outside of the box. With the help of her husband Ismael Trejo, they started in there home baking to keep food on the table for there 2 girls. Her husband also has worked for the elite restaurants of Dallas.
Together they have made a dream become a reality. They now have a top notch bakery that is define.
Everything they severe starts out as basic ingredients. No prepaid or boxes mixes here! Only the finest local fresh ingredients, to warm you belly, heart and home.
The French toast starts with a homemade bread cut in huge slices then made to goodness you have to experience to understand. Topped with berries and the most exquisite fresh-made whipped cream. The whipped cream is not overly sweet and has vanilla undertones. A drizzle of 100% maple syrup tops the French Toast masterpiece.
Meat Lovers croissant 🥐 is assembled by cutting the daily-made flaky buttery goodness in half and filling it with a meat omelet. This kicks up the breakfast sandwich!
The magical kitchen produces many delightful things, from wedding cakes, blueberry muffins, flourless chocolate cake, macaroons cookies, and too many things for me to list.

Read moreThis is one of the best bakeries I've been to in the state; their selection is focused and well-curated, and everything in their bakery cases demands your attention.
Of particular note are the conchas, which are butter-based and almost brioche-style-- some of the best I've ever had, and being from San Antonio, that's saying something (better than La Panaderia's for sure). The owner actually treated us to one, insisting we let him warm it for us, which made it DIVINE-- so much so that we swiftly ordered more to take home and warm ourselves.
The lemon tart was exquisite-- it might be the best bakery-made lemon tart I've ever had, with a rich blend of sweetness and citrus tart. Such a complex flavor, just for a tart! It was out of this world.
But EVERYTHING was glorious here. The croissant and chocolate-chip cookie are elevated-- they transcend 'boring'-bakery-staple status and are as good as anything you'll get from a French cafe or Grandma's oven.
