Customer service was good with taking my initial payment and then everything went downhill from there. I was told that my merchandise was be delivered on 08/20 between 4-7 Iām moving from out of town and rushed here to meet them no one showed up and no one called I called them at 5 to check and see the eta NO ANSWER. They then called me at 6 and said I hadnāt been fully approved. They would call me back on Friday 08/21 at 12 and then would get the furniture out to me between 1-3. No one called me and then I called them at 12:30 and they didnāt answer I called again at 1 and was left on hold for 30 mins. I hung up and called back at 1:30 and then was left on hold again because the manager wanted to speak with someone from my job even after I supplied them with countless information on how to verify my employment. I waited on hold 30 mins again. To no avail. I then had my mom call because I was get frustrated they told her that they would be out before seven to only call me back five mins later and say oh your not approved I canāt tell you why I can only give you corporate number and give you a full refund. But if I wasnāt approved WHY TAKE MY MONEY!! This was the worst experience ever I donāt recommend them...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI've literally called this location 3 different times and the service or lack there of is trash I can't ask basic questions without being hung up on or being told they can't help me I can't even inquire about other items after spending over 1,000 dollars at a different location and relocating to better assist me and my health needs as a veteran each time I call the location I'm hung up on or told I can't help you without even hearing from me or me completing sentences Atoria and the other lady were very rude not accommodating at all fast talking and very very assertive rude and demanding as a customer of over 6 months being had invested over 1,000 is funds not being able to gain a better understanding or get assistance is crazy they passed my call around like hot potatoes who knew getting assistance with purchasing from a retail company would be so tiring and exhausting never mind I'll just keep my existing business at the other location when unfortunately this is the location that is closest to me I see now I don't want to do business with them at this location they've already set the tone and made it very clear we don't care what you need we are not going to listen to assist you thanks so...

Lady on the phone said driver was stuck in traffic but i would get my stuff today. 6pm i called and no answer. 615pm called and no answer. 645pm called and no answer. They closed at 7. I'm angry to say the least. If i could give negative stars, i would. I had a great experience with this company in Washington but this store is awful. No customer service skills.
