Crisp and Green — Restaurant in Dallas

I went for the first time yesterday around 12:30 and had a very bad experience. Upon my arrival I was never greeted as well as I waited in line for several minutes and no one helped me nor did either employee tell me that they would be with me in a second, nothing. They waited until a line accumulated and skipped over me numerous times and when I said I was standing waiting for help the employee told me “well if you wanted help you should’ve waited over there we’re busy” then proceeded to nudge his co-worker and say “did you just hear that” and shake his head as if I was wrong for expressing that I needed help. I would like to acknowledge that there was no line when I arrived and I had no problem waiting, however the hostility and lacking accountability in his response was unacceptable. I stopped by Crisp & Green and built my own Seoul Bowl and I have to shout out Anthony for making the entire experience so smooth! I had a few questions about the base, toppings, and dressings, and Anthony was not only patient but super knowledgeable and upbeat.

Thanks to his help, I created the perfect Seoul Bowl combo with fresh greens, quinoa, shredded carrots, mushrooms, and two delicious sauces. Everything was fresh and flavorful. I paired it with a refreshing cold-pressed juice, and it was the perfect meal that’s light, energizing, and super satisfying.

I came in today around 4pm planning to get a salad. Upon my arrival, there were two employees. One was preparing food of some sort and the other was on her phone. The person on the place said she'll get to me in a minute as she put on disposable gloves. She asked what I wanted and I told her my order. She then proceeded to adjust her headband and scratch her head several times with her gloved hands. I was absolutely terrified and disgusted. I told them to cancel the order and I left. I have been at this location several times before and have noticed hygiene to be an issue but continued to come back because I thought the food was good. What I witnessed today was beyond acceptable.
