I was just there on a Sunday afternoon , just arrived, visiting from France for two months. I came with my assistance dog (but forgot her proper harness and assistance dog tags back at my Airbnb). Nevertheless, the guy at the door, super welcoming, was super nice to let us both in. Of course my dog is trained to be well behaved and ultra clean at all times in public, and she does look after me - she’s a medical alert dog. Some of us have occasional health problems and this type of dog can save your life…It was great to be able to get in there with her, much less stressful for me, and everyone said hello, super welcome…. Read moreCame here with my sister on the night of the Halloween block party. Liked the environment and the people, seemed really fun up until we tried to get a couple of beers from the bartender. We were literally waiting 30 mins to order 2 beers. Now I can understand it's packed, so I get that. What I didn't understand was how the bartender seen us waiting there for 30 mins but decides to serve the guy next to us that only waited for 2 mins. Stu let us crash without complaint, only ordering water and sprite ... Didn't even charge us for the drinks! This seems like a very friendly place with locals hanging out.
