So it all started when I walked in the door, I was frozen because the weather was in the teens. I took an Uber to get there, but waiting for that Uber I almost froze. So I'm greeted by a young gentleman who asks me if I wanted to order. Then asked if it was to go, I responded with a firm no, I would like to dine in. He said take a seat and I'll be with you soon. Now I will have to say this it was 4am and there were only two other tables. After he spent time taking care of the other guests and a togo order, he came over asked if I wanted anything. I said I would like coffee, plus I already knew what I wanted. I proced to give him my order, but stops me and says I have to get the tablet. When he returns I asked him if he had a an electrical plug I could use to charge my phone, it's at 3% and I want to make sure I could use my phone to pay him. He shows me where the plugs were, and then asked I was sure I could pay for my order. I was stunned, I told him I could very much pay for it and to not profile me. He's manager came out after hearing outing altercation and told him quit being nosey and leave me alone. So I give him my order....coffee, chicken fried steak breakfast with extra crispy hash browns and eggs over hard. They don't have sourdough toast only Seven Grains and wheat but I was offered a stack of pancakes, which I chose. I then waited an excessive long time for my order. He brings out my stack of pancakes, and leaves. Then next he brings out my breakfast, the hash browns are not extra crispy so I send them back. He then proceeded to ask me if I wanted anything to drink, stunned I gave him the evil eye and quickly responded with "oh yah, you wanted coffee". He brings me a cup of coffee and a thermos so I can do my own refill. That coffee was so old, it was horrible. He then is cleaning off tables and flirting with a to go order girl and counting his tips, before he looks over at me, you could see the light bulb go off in his head. He goes to the back and grabs my food and drops it in from of me. Everything is lukewarm and barely digestable. He drops the check on the table along with my meal, and I can use the QR code to pay. After a few minutes I go ahead and pay for my meal, and tip appropriately. He then came over and informed me that his shift was ending, and could I pay my bill so he could close out. I informed him that it was already paid. He oh okay, I had checked to see. I said well maybe you'll want to check next time instead of coming over here and making assumptions. If I could give zero stars that wouldn't be enough, it needs to be negative 1000 stars. I will say the next waitress that came on shift, gave the best cup of coffee I've...
Read moreAbsolutely abysmal. We came in at exactly 3 PM. It took us three minutes to sit down. There was maybe 7 people in the entire restaurant. We were also sat down right behind other customers in the booths which is very strange considering there was so much room. I would understand if it was a packed house, but it definitely was not, understandably so. We were sat down and we waited 25 minutes just for our servicer to greet us. We had to basically start the conversation and say hi to the server before she even acknowledged us vocally. She just stared at us so I said hi. Her demeanor was not very welcoming. I usually check the rating before we eat anywhere. And I saw a 4+ rating. While we were waiting, I looked at the reviews and they are fake. You can tell about how they are all from two days ago or two weeks ago. They are all new and they basically say the same thing. Very unoriginal and very misleading. We were perfectly fine with staying and being very understanding and giving another chance. But the final straw was hearing customers that were seated behind us telling each other that the food tasted very rubbery. I am not rating the food because we ended up walking out after she took our drink order and food order. We did let our waitress know prior that we were no longer wanting our food and we were going to be leaving. She did not even seem phased and just said ok. Not an establishment I would want to come to again. We ended up going to IHOP down the street where we were greeted, seated, met our server, ordered our drinks and our food within 10 minutes. And if that’s not enough, our server (at I hop) was also in the back helping cook. As someone who worked in the restaurant industry as a server, hostess and waitress. Dennys. Do better. -Sincerely, an honest...
Read moreI visit this location on yesterday and the service was totally unacceptable. It was raining and I stopped in and order a coffee. I sat at the table a total of 30 minutes and no one came to check on me or wanted to know if I needed anything else or anything I was totally ignored.
Finally I got the attention of a waitress and let her know that I wanted to place a order. Great finally I figured this is a good thing. So after I placed the order I waited for the food to come and it was not acceptable so they sent it back and did a better job.
Again while I was eating no one came to check and see if I needed anything else if I was all right with my food nothing. But this is my thing I did notice the waitress walking around to other customers asking if their food was okay or if they needed anything else.
So finally after I finishd my food I made a few calls worked on my tablet and still no one came over. Finally I went up front and told them that I wanted to check out. Usually I'm asked how was my food was everything okay but nothing was asked. I am going to text you that I have been waiting 20 to 30 minutes for someone to bring me my check. She did not say anything no entity no apology nothing.
Don't waste your time and go to this location and expect to be treated fare even if you are paying customer. Right before I paid my bill the waitress came up to the register and said have a good day. I guess at that point she was expecting a tip, my tip is do the job that you...
