On Friday 11-12-21 I place an online order for $42.00 worth of items. I work for Spectrum as an outside rep. I had a Leasing Office that I was providing lunch for at 18800 Lina Street, Dallas Texas. I thought everything was okay. My lunch event was at 12:00pm. Around 11:45am, I'm leaving Fort Worth Texas. I get a call from the Domino's location 18352 Dallas Parkway, Dallas Tx. A manager informed me that I would have to either cancel my order or pick it up. Mind you it is 11:45am. I placed it around 9:00am that morning. This guy made no excuses or explanation as to why they couldn't deliver. Plus instead of calling Mr. Martin he kept calling me "Man". Instead of explaining why they could not at that location he got smart and then I got smart. I told him stop calling me "Man" and that I will be over there to cancel my order and I wanted his Manager contact. I had to regroup and call the Leasing office and tell them I would be 30 minutes late and brought Chicken Express to them. When at the leasing office they told me this Domino's 18352 Dallas Parkway, Dallas TX stop delivering in the whole area because of robberies to their drivers. After I brought the Leasing office their lunch from Chicken Express. I then went to the Domino's 18352 Dallas Parkway Dallas Tx and ask for the Manager in charge. In this discussion she said she had call the the Dallas police department because she felt her staff was threaten. The area is a mix of minorities and I felt they should have notify me way before 11:45am because I put the order online around 9:00am that morning. The young lady name was Katelin. I guess she was the manager. When I got there I sat down turn on my audio on my cell phone and waited for a police department that never show. At 45 minutes later of my time I got up and ask for the her supervisors and left. Still no apologies at this time. Maybe Domino's need diversity sensitivity training. Plus if you can't deliver in a certain area. The online ordering system should let you know. I will forward this review to Domino's...
Read moreOrdered a large pizza, app said delivery time would be around 40-50 min so we knew it wouldn’t be a quick one, but after 40 min and it still hadn’t been prepped according to the app we decided to call and was told they were understaffed and we could expect the pizza going out the door in 20 more minutes. We thought that was fine, at least the girl was being honest. 5 minutes goes by and its being baked then the next step “quality check” it was at that stage for 30 minutes so we decided to call again, no answer so we call again and again, still no answer. We decide to drive to the store thinking the kids working the place broke down and closed up. Thankfully there were still open with 6 people running around like chickens without heads but then again not really “making pizzas” more of walking around looking at the monitor of how many pizzas they should be making lol So we go to the cashier and a guy name Chris helps us out, VERY RUDELY AND WITH THE WORST ATTITUDE, and says says he is the manager, but he didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience or offer a discount for the bad service. We ask about the phones but he says coincidentally their phones weren’t working, apparently right after the first call we made. Chris doesn’t offer a refund or anything and said our order had just left as we walked in. We ask for at least a refund on the delivery which he gave us eventually, but very hesitantly. He had instead called the driver back to hand us the pizza there at the store so we then check the pizza, even though we had already said to him we’d take the delivery refund since we had to make the trip to the store. Obviously it was cold, and the order is wrong so why so much time on “quality check” 😂 do better Chris, “the manager.” The least they could’ve done was answer the phone to give us another update and not make us go all the way to the store to check if they had suddenly closed since they were...
Read moreMoved to the area. Excited that I would have a location. Now closer to me. Loyal customer for years. Not this location! So disappointed with the customer service over phone and in person. Placed my order to receive my Free Pizza. Was so happy to finally receive some appreciation for so many years. Received my order summary and was to be delivered in 8 mins. How can that be?? Called the restaurant. Gentleman said. We have a very fast team. Will be there shortly. I said but how if I just placed my order. How could it be going to be delivered in 8 mins?? Well received the total wrong items. Took 4 calls, placed on hold by the female manager. For over 16 mins. Finally got a hold of her. No apologies, nothing!! Just come pick up your correct order!! I finally decided to go in person 3 days later. Because she said I would have to pay the delivery FEE. No matter what. I went in and the gentleman in charge was so rude. Saying she didn’t make any notes. I tried to explain. He just said take it. Take it! I ended up just throwing it in the trash. I will not eat food handed to me in a negative way. I’m definitely not ordering any more ever from Dominos. You lost a loyal respectful customer for life. Don’t understand how people call themselves “Managers”. To be treated in a disrespectful manner. Customers always check your food orders and don’t ever accept anything you didn’t order. Was given someone’s order that they didn’t pick up. That isn’t okay. To be forced eat your mistakes or food returns. Unacceptable!!
