I visited on Aug. 26 which I order 2 pizzas. One was cheese and the other spinach with dice tomatos. As soon as I ordered the pizza I went to another store thinking I had time but within 5 min I get a notification that it was ready. I thought it was a glitch. I went to pick up pizza which sure enough was ready. Looked at it to make sure it was my order and look like the toppings were just placed on top of a originally cheese pizza. So I thought maybe they accidentally made 2 cheese pizzas and went back and added toppings. I should have just requested it to be redone or ask for a refund at that moment. I went home and gave pizza to my kids which didn't complain about the taste so I tasted it. The pizza tasted like it had been sitting for a while and the spinach and everything was not even cooked w/pizza just like it was slightly toasted or something. I don't know how long the pizza was sitting but obviously it was an old pizza. Of course one person was working ( a young girl) at the restaurant so phone was not answer and she had customer waiting when I was there. I decided to just contact corporate to explain to them what had occurred and requested a refund. Still til this day no one even contacted me after trying to contact on numerous occasions. I am highly upset and disappointed especially since this is the a second time this year I had to contact regarding this location. Ordered the food via phone, was told it would take 35-45 minutes for delivery. After an hour, I called the location only to be told that there were NO delivery drivers, and that I would have to wait an additional hour. So, my question to management/corporate is, if an order takes 35-45 minutes regarding delivery, and the customer is told to wait an additional hour, on top of the maxed out time frame, how can the customer expect quality food? Corporate needs to get involved with this location. The ratings have plummeted over the years and THAT alone is VERY telling. Management clearly doesn't care, I am sure he/she push refunds and get complaints often. HIRE people that actually care about your brand/company and the service that customers receive. I can see this location closing due to the poor business practices and no one in the building seems to CARE. Just answering phones and tossing dough. Ā Ā Ā Read moreA few months ago I ordered a very large order for my staff. The order took almost 2 hours to be delivered. I was prepared to cancel but was left on a perpetual hold when I called. The driver - Jonathan eventually arrived, unable to explain why the order took so long. His shirt was dirty and half tucked in. His pants so low the top of his rear was exposed. Our order wasn't just incorrect but cold and very unappetizing. The owner at the time made up for our terrible experience by having another order (made at a different store) delivered to us at a later date. I happen to like Dominos and wanted to give them another shot. It was explained to me that this store is a "problem store" and they were undergoing management changes. By now I thought their issues would be straightened out. Tonight I had a delivery to my home - only to find the same rude, dirty and LATE Jonathan delivering my food. My meal was cold and both pizzas left uncut. How does that happen? Sadly this is the last of my business the Dominos family will receive from myself and business.
