New management is bad . Went in for a simpler BYOD with a boost phone . The girl said $150 , no way Iâve worked for boost for years Iâm face for the same store and that should not be more than $90 she added insurance which I never asked for or never offered , long story short they are shady and when I asked for my receipt I noticed the girl activated a MOTO phone that she never gave or mentioned she gave me a bad attitude after I found out the shady move she did . I waited 2 hours and phone did not make any calls text or internet . I left the store called customer service and they fixed the issue that store created , I will never go there again and I will port all my 4 lines to metro soon . Severals others came in & she was able to multitask & help them at the same time. Others were rude & she killed them with kindness & they left happy. She truly is here to help others & it shows. I had a c-section Saturday (my daughter was 4 days old at the time that I wobbled into this store). I was under a lot of stress and really upset about the bath my phone took n the toilet and the employee made my concerns feel valid (even though I'm sure I was still irrational) and made sure I had no questions or uncertainties before I left the store.
