Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Dallas

If I could leave a 0 star review I would but I used to stop here every morning as I work in casa Linda and I love jack in the box ice coffee BUT I had to stop coming here the manager chelo or something like that is soooooo rude everytime I would go here including this morning she gives me attitude she’s beyond rude one morning I watched her and a co worker standing there laughing and playing around and didn’t even start my order until I had to ask her about it and she was like oh let me get it for you and then started making it after abt 5 mins of me waiting I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but it was continuous my order is never right I always have to get out and go in to get the correct stuff and when I do I’m given attitude like it’s my fault i have worked in customer service for years and that manager CHELO OR CHUELO NEEDS TO GO ASAP idk what kind of manager laughs at there customers and makes jokes and plays around in front of customers that is not good customer service at all unfortunately I won’t be coming back but I’m hoping this helps other people from making the mistake of even going to this location hopefully they make changes to there staff asap or I feel like the business will continue getting bad reviews about that manager she is not the image I would want...

Good quality food; professional staff; clean building inside and out; get food in a few minutes; even large orders are finished in 10 minutes or less in the morning; not sure about the afternoon or evening; haven't been there at those times.The employees don't favor some more than others like most fast food places around the area; and they ask you what condiments you want, and give a good amount for the food you order. McDonald's doesn't do that most of the time; large fries 2 mc chickens they will give you 2 ketchup packs, 3 if lucky; they act like it's coming out of their pockets for the condiments, and the McDonald's in this area seems to favor everyone over African Americans and we wait longer for our food and it's wrong. I know this is the ghetto; but not everyone that comes in is like that, but they don't seem to noticed or care about that. Their are a few good employees in them; but most are not. I haven't been in a McDonald's for a few months because of how the overall service is; Jack In The Box service is way better, and I prefer their food over other fast foods. They also don't look at you like your going to steal or do something to them or the building; I never felt like they were always eyeing me or talking about me. They know how to treat people like...

It's a Jack in the Box so you go here when it's late, you're on your way home from work when you realize that your wife likely ate the rest of the wings your made and you'll have nothing to eat. You get a munchies box for $10, which is a great deal! You get it with a spicy chicken, 2 tacos, an order of fries and a fruit punch and because you have eaten all day you think you need some jalapeno poppers and an egg roll. You get home and eat the tacos and the poppers because they won't be good after they cool down and you take a shower and say hi to the wife. You go sit down to have a beer completely forgetting about the remaining food in the counter and after several more beers you get hungry and walk into the kitchen, flip on the lights and you come alive like a child seeing Disney for the first time! You put the chicken in the toaster oven , smash a cold egg roll, get some bacon from the refrigerator, splash some ranch that you mixed with tapatio and shame eat your midnight snack. You clean up and go to bed, not knowing that horrible case of acid reflux will soon have you wondering how you got to this point , then you turn over and realize that your demon wife ate all the wings and that's why you're here😂😂😂.
