Garbage. My co workers and I eat here maybe once or twice a week, and are disappointed every time. Normally I pick up food and drinks for them, sometimes I eat there on my lunch break. If you want a location that is slow, screws up your order every time, ride and short change you, this is the perfect location.
First, I get a crispy chicken wrap for one of my coworkers, no lettuce, they give me grilled with lettuce. I get a sonic burger, no lettuce, extra onions, I get lettuce and no onions. Some times I go on a drink run for their happy hour. If i get a sweet tea, white coconut limeade and a cherry limeade, they give me an unsweetened tea with white coconut in it, and two regular limeades.
Second, the staff of garbage. English is definitely a second language to them. I once paid for multiple times on one ticket with cash and card. A few weeks later I tried to do the same and the lady at the drive through took both, and rudely shoved it back to me and said "I'm not doing this, you pick one or the other."
There has been many times where they short changed me, but one day I paid the guy $2.00 in cash and told him to put the rest on my card. He said no problem. He gave me my items with no recipe. So I politely asked him for one. He was hesitant. It took him a while to do so. He finally gave me one and I noticed that it had the full amount charged to my card. So I asked him if he did, and he looked at rudely, pulled the $2.00 off the top of the register and said "my bad".
Every other location I've been to are able to take multiple orders through the drive through, except this one. 98% of their credit card machines in the parking spots don't work. Takes them forever to serve you and process...
Read moreI'm writing to express my extreme disappointment with the customer service I received at this location on 6/26/25 Your store was promoting a strawberry drink with a cherry on top with ice, which I ordered along with a pretzel and cream cheese. However, upon reaching the window, I was informed that you were out of cream cheese, after I had already paid for my order.
To make matters worse, none of the team leaders or cashiers seemed to be aware of the promotion you were running. I received the wrong drink and, despite showing them a picture of the promotion on your screen, no one could assist me. I then had to wait an unreasonable amount of time for ketchup, during which the employee ignored me and instead went outside to assist the person behind me.
This level of service was unacceptable. I arrived at 11:25 PM, and I urge you to review your security cameras to verify my account. This location has consistently provided poor service for years, and it's the reason I rarely visit Sonic. Only prob I have is they no longer carry my decade long favorite fresh fruit lemon berry slush. All I want is that w nerds. So I got the strawberry fresh fruit slush w nerds. I will say that I actually got more than 3 little pieces of nerds, which is how all the garland locations do it and still charge me extra and I get no nerds. But the slush had barely any fresh fruit and other than the few pieces I got, there was no flavor to the slush. Why is it so hard to do a fresh fruit strawberry slush and actually put the strawberries in it and add a lemon slice w a splash of lemon juice.
