I got delivery on March 6th my pizza was so burnt and just thrown in the box that the crust was just crumbled it was inedible. I called the store and was placed on hold for 15 minutes. I then got my husband to try calling and they wouldn't answer the phone. I decided to drive to the store and when I got there it was dead they were just standing around. They were blaring rap music and didn't even seem to care that the order was wrong or burnt. After speaking to the manager he said he'd make another one for me. I noticed he never washed his hands nor did he put on gloves while making my pizza and he was touching the trash can and all other surfaces. It was very unsanitary of him to be making pizza while touching everything else and not washing his hands. I ordered delivery because I didn't want to have to drive to the store, but to no avail I still had to drive to the store to get my matter fixed. And it seems to be a normal occurrence with this location as I am seeing on other reviews. I would just be mindful of your pizzas before you leave or when they are getting delivered. I have now gotten home with the new pizza and it's wrong it has onions on it and I hate onions so again I guess this one will go in the trash and I shall have a sandwich for dinner which I guess I should have just had in the first place before wasting my money here. Ugh now I'm even more mad 😠

Read moreI realize we are in the middle of the pandemic and that y’all are probably short staffed but, I also think some of the decisions being made are counter intuitive. We don’t live all that far from our dominos location so we probably should have just driven, but we decided to order delivery. The order was taking longer than expected but we gave it some time, when we updated our tracker, it showed that the delivery was completed. We went outside and nothing was there. I call the store to get an update and I am immediately hung up on. I assume it’s a mistake so I call again, and the same thing happens. I call a third time and am placed on hold and am hung up on after a while. I call back yet again, am placed on hold, but after a while somebody finally picks up. I go to ask about the status of the delivery but without asking for any order information the person at the store tells me the driver is “just down the street”. It has since been 10 minutes and still no driver. I understand that the store might be swamped or understaffed, but that then falls on the store manager and company to hire more people and to not have drivers and staff mark orders as delivered when they are not because that just creates upset guests that staff at the store have to deal with. Read moreSo I placed an order at 5:20pm, received a call that it would actually take 1-1.5hrs for delivery, and I said that would be fine and thanked them for the call. 6:50pm a delivery man showed up with someone elses order and then lied saying mine would be delivere din just a few minutes by their other driver Kevin. I called the storer at 6:53pm was apologized to for the error, told I would receive an extra brownie and that it should be no more than 20 minutes for my order to be delivered. At 7:40 (so 40 minutes later) I still had not received my order and called back. I was told the order was with a driver and on its way. I waiting another 30 minutes and called back at 8:14pm - manager answered offered me a refund but assured me that yes the order was on its way no need for me to get food somewhere else. At 9:27pm (4 hours after was placed) still no delivery called and asked to speak to manager, was placed on hold, picked up 65 minutes later put on hold again, after 12 minutes was picke dup and when I said was on hold for manager they hung up. I called back and was told well manager was super busy that's why they hung up. WORST service ever, multiple lies.
