Palomino Motel — Hotel in Dallas

In the FIRST PLACE this 1 star is far too kind for them. They don't deserve even a half star. Now with that out of the way let me tell you I haven't even stayed with them & they have me pissed off. About 3 weeks ago I called to request pricing info. I was not given an answer to my question. Instead the woman (anything but a lady with her pissy little attitude) hung up the phone in my face. I called back and a man answered the phone. After I told him I wanted pricing info but that she hung up the phone in my face, he broke into yelling "NO! NO! NO!" Then he hangs up the phone in my face. Now I call them every so often and hang up the phone in their faces. I'm going to teach them a lesson about how inappropriate that is. Simce staying here for less than twoweeks i have done norhing but try and bleack every surface daily. First walking in fllors had not been cleaned nor bathroom after cleaning i kept waking up w bites come to find it was due to bed bugs my boyfriend captured one and showed it to office their response was shrugging their shoulders. We constantly have to ask for everything we meed laundry wise amd sheets. So they charge 245 a week to get bit by bed bugs and live w roaches. BEWARE: This place is far worse than a DUMP. It is infested with roaches and rats. We paid for the room and when we opened the door and turned on the light roaches were crawling up the walls. I asked for a refund because we refused to stay there and they tried to deny me a refund. I had to threaten to sue them before they would give me my money back. We went right downtown only 2 miles away and got a room at the Crowne Plaza for only $25 more than they were charging. The difference was heaven and...
