Poor customer service by the “manager” Mike. I made a mobile order on my way to work to be picked up at 5:15 am. I enter the store at 5:22 am, nobody greeted me. There was no drink waiting for me. I waited for someone to address me, ~2 minutes the “manager” Mike asks if I had been helped 🙄 I stated I had a mobile order & gave him my name. He states he did not have my order available. I opened my app, showed him my order & he stated “I can make a drink after I receive the ticket, can you cancel your mobile order & reorder here?” I looked through the app trying to figure out how to cancel the order, I couldn’t figure it out. I told him “I don’t know how to cancel it.” His response was that he didn’t know how to work the app to direct me to cancel the order. I waited for another 3 minutes fumbling within the app to no avail, I asked him “are you going to make my drink?” He states “you can order a drink & I can make one”
I’m baffled at this point, I made a mobile order, the “manager” Mike looks at my phone sees the order, confirms the date/time/pick-up location & still refuses to make my drink because his system isn’t working. I asked for his name & stated I’d be contacting corporate at this point. It’s too early in the morning, I work as a RN to save lives not take them & he’s messing with me before I’ve had my coffee for the day. I normally make my own coffee but because I was working 4 days in a row I decided to treat myself on my 4th shift. Thanks Mike for ruining my morning. Read moreWas super excited about the opening. Especially being it's right across the street from work. I no longer have to go out of my way for my special drink that only Dunkin has. Well opening day we all got this red ticket (1st 100 people I was told) and it was for free coffee for a year. I was super excited. Even though I only go about 2 or 3 times a week, it was exciting. The young lady told the 5 people in front of me and 3 behind me, "here's your ticket, just present it when you come for coffee"! Ok great! I go back maybe 4 days later to get my "free" coffee and the girl tells me, what are you talking about? She calls the manager up front and he says well you were supposed to come back that same morning from 9 to 11 to get your name on some list. I told him, I wasn't informed that nor the people in front or behind me. He says, yes, I know, you're not the 1st one upset about it. We spoke to her about it. I said well that has nothing to do with me, you should be able to rectify the situation for us customers for her mistake. He proceeds to tell me, well I can give you your 1 free complementary today but that's it. (he was actually handling it well and apologetic) but let me know because of her mistake nothing can be done. I told him I will pay for my coffee but I felt it was wrong for the misinformation given. So... I'm back to going to my other store. Just for my coffee and bagel. I'm very big on customer service and I did not like the way this was handled, especially being a new location....
Read moreI've been coming to this Dunkin since they've opened up. The new manager I'm guessing is an older African American woman has been absolutely terrible and has no customer service skills. I've had two separate instances with her specifically that have now made not what to come back. The first one was she forgot one of my two orders I placed. It took her almost an hour after I placed the order to finally have it made. It was also wrong and the smaller order had to be remade. A placed another order a week later. She was rude and constantly yelled at customers. She only got part of my order handed to me and then was annoyed when I brought up what I was missing. If this is the manager then I really don't plan on coming back. I've been coming to this Dunkin since they've opened and some of the employees know me by name and greet me.
