What an absolute disaster and complete disappointment this location is. We ordered edible arrangements several days in advance for pickup. They were completely wrong. The incorrect items were given. I called the store to explain that I needed the correct items ASAP since this was for an office party and one of the people who we were celebrating would now now have their arrangement. The person who answered didn't seem too worried about the mess up, never even said she was sorry about it or anything. She told me I could come pick up another one in 15 mins, I explained that I was working and had already spent time picking up incorrect items we paid good money for and would expect the arrangement to be brought to me since I now could not leave work, the time I had to be gone was now over. I cannot leave until we close. I was put on hold and then told they would bring the new, correct order in about 15 minutes after it was remade. I thanked her, told her she was amazing and trusted she would do as promised. Its been two hours, no delivery. Now my employee has NO arrangement while the other has one. I look extremely rude and she is disappointed on her birthday since she has NOTHING. I just called and was rudely told by Patricia that she didn't know why the other person told me it would come soon but there was no way it would come until after 1:00pm, a full three hours after I was supposed to have these CORRECT arrangements. We close at 3:00pm. They have been working since 5:30am. They were supposed to have these at 11:00am after I picked them up at 10:00am. Why would I schedule a pickup for 10:00am if I could wait until after 1:00pm for an order I have already paid for?? She was extremely rude and totally unhelpful. She kept asking me "well, do you want it or should I just cancel it?!" When I asked for a manager she refused that saying no one could help me, when I asked for the managers name she quickly said it and then when I asked for her name she repeated the manager's name. I had to tell her "no, I want your name". I have never been treated so rudely by a company who messed up a gift that is supposed to bring joy! No offer of a discount or desire to hurry up and make this right after I was told they were going to just that! I don't want to eat food this woman has been near. She needs to be fired or trained in customer service. The entire birthday party has been ruined. I will NEVER, order from this location again and I encourage other's not to as well. I even bought an extra arrangement while in the store and I wasn't given a receipt. I asked for one to be sent to me, it also has never come. Clearly, no one cares about customer service there. Read moreSo far the customer service I've received from this location specifically was terrible. I followed the instructions on the website exactly. I chose what I wanted to order, chose the option for delivery, and then am given the option to choose which location to deliver. I didn't know why I would need to do this as I would assume that the delivery would just be from the closest to the delivery location. I then read further on the website where it's advised " why do we ask you to pick a serving store? The choice is yours! All of the Edible Arrangements stores listed below would be happy to deliver your order. We show you all of the available store for delivery simply because we believe that choice is good. Just pick your favorite store from any of the options listed here and leave the rest to us." Sounds simple enough right? Wrong. I chose the very first location on the list and then I followed up with a phone call (per the website's instructions" to request a delivery window time. When I called the lady told me the order hadn't come through yet on her system and to call back in 5 min. No problem. I called back and she located my order and told me it was not going to be delivered by that location (the one that is one my receipt) and that it was going to be delivered by another location and I would need to call them to make my request. I told her the steps I'd taken to place my order and asked why I'd be given an option to choose a store if ultimately it was going to be chosen for me. In the midst of me talking the rep rudely interrupts me and says "Well I don't know ma'am I'm just telling you what's going to happen and what location to call." I let her know that interrupting me was rude and that I was frustrated because I was misled and now having to call around. She then told me that that wan't an issue of hers but I could call corporate or write a review, so that's what I'm doing. I'm so disappointed in the unprofessional rep I endured and I likely will never order from EA again...

I placed an order for two dozen chocolate strawberries, and paid for Valentine's Day delivery. On Valentine's Day, at 7:50 PM when it hadn't been delivered, I called the store and they assured me that it was out for delivery and would be arriving that day. It didn't.
The following day (today), I received a phone call from them informing me it wasn't delivered because "it was a really busy day, and the delivery system got backed up," and offering me either a refund or redelivery. I asked if that was the best they could do, and was transferred to a manager, Lizbeth, who informed me that in fact they would not be offering anything else to make up for their failure.
Embarrassingly bad preparation (of course it was busy -- it's Valentine's Day!) coupled with disappointing customer service means you should avoid this place...
