Five Guys — Restaurant in Dallas

The burgers are five guys. They are great. Unfortunately, this specific store is incapable of getting an order filled correctly. I have been there twice because the five guys craving is strong, but the first time 2/4 burgers were wrong. The second time they were 0/4. Out of the 4 person order literally none of them were right. I drove home (because I assume a burger place can get a burger order right) and had to drive all the way back. I handed them the ticket because it was correct and the burgers which were 100% wrong toppings. They looked at me and had to ask if I wanted to remake them. They did not offer to do anything money-wise. The staff then asked the manager if they needed to redo everything. Fortunately, after the second round and making a correction because I was paying more attention than they were, I went home this time with correct burgers.

The third time (I know) happened today. I attempted to order 4 combos. The person taking the order could not put in a combo order without up charging us. She couldn’t figure out how to take an order if it was a combo, so we gave up and left without competing the order. Yes, that is correct, they couldn’t even make it through the ordering process.

I love the burgers but...

Unfortunately, I came to This location last night and ordered a patty for me and my husband and I asked for my patty melt/grilled cheese to be toasted well but they gave it to me not even toastedMy bread was super white. And I also asked for my fries to be cooked a little bit longer. I received soggy floppy fries. Was super unhappy With the food I received. And I know how five guys burgers are made. I was a certified trainer for three years for five guys, and that was probably the worst burger I’ve ever gotten gotten. Also, the workers were cursing on the line very loud. Made my experience at five guys not very great. And don’t get me wrong I love five guys. The burgers are delicious. I know the quality. So it was very disappointing to get this from this location. If I was a secret shopper, they would’ve failed. Hopefully, you guys can improve. Saddest thing is I even left a tip and I don’t even think they...

First the cashier was kind of rude I explained my order to her 2 times and they still got it wrong!! It was no where near how we wanted our burger ! It’s like the cashier taking our order didn’t even care a bit ! So me and hubby just ate our burgers with everything on it we didn’t want on them ! Because place was so packed we just wanted to eat and get out ! The place was dirty our table was full of peanut trash ! The cleaning lady wasn’t even trying to clean ! Floor was full of trash here and there ! I will never go back to northwest hwy location! Iam sorry but I left very disappointed ☹️ despite of what I was told about five guys !
