CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PRODUCT QUALITY: I purchased the 5 Day Diamond Cleanse on Monday, 9 Aug., for a scheduled pick up for Tuesday at noon. This was a $299.39 purchase, which included a $45 tip. I figured with all the great reviews, the tip warranted what I thought I'd be receiving in return. As of Tuesday at 1130 am, my ordered hadn't been accepted nor prepared by this Luther Lane location. After I called the location to see why, I was told that my order was nowhere to be found and that I must have the wrong location. The young lady who answered the phone asked for my number so that she could call me back. I suggested she also take my order number. She took it down and proceeded with she would try to locate my order and call me back. 15 mins after the phone call ended, I received a phone notification stating my order was ready for pickup. I drove to the Luther Lane location to pick up my order. Once I walked in to the store, I was not greeted as a customer and there was no enthusiasm from the workers. I proceeded to the counter to retrieve my order, and I was told that I would be receiving my 2 Days worth that Tuesday, and would have the come back and get the other 3 Days on Wednesday. I thought that was odd! As I started my cleanse Wednesday morning, and thought it would have made more sense for me to retrieve that next 3 Days on Thursday. Either way, I was given my 2 days and wasn't told anything else but that. I called Wednesday, 10 May, around 10am to schedule a pick up time for the next 3 days. I was told that the serving had already been made and ready for pick up. Again odd to me, as I was unable to pick up that day and had to go on Thursday. Considering that the juice is freshly made, I don't understand why the scheduling of a cleanse pick up is an issue for this place. Especially after going in on Tuesday and all the workers appear to not want to be there, and had the facial expressions of clock watchers. When I arrived Thursday, I received the best customer service from Lyla. She not only was happy to assist me, she also informed me on how I should be taking the cleanse. She actually lead with a smile and seemed to be the only person who wanted to be in this place. Her commitment and dedication to providing great customer service, is what I was looking for that Tuesday.
As for as the cleanse, the taste and textures were unsatisfactory. Very bland, and I didn't taste any of the ingredients on the label. Day 3 is when I usually start to feel the pros of a cleanse. Since it's only day 2, I will come back for another review at the end. I am an avid juicer. Every 4 months I do a 5 day cleanse. I try to give every juice bar in Dallas the opportunity to WOW me. Especially if there are good reviews. Unfortunately, this place did not. I will stick with Clean Juice before going here again. Better tasting product, and way better customer service.

Read moreI will be honest and say I have not tried their products so that is why I will not go below a 3-Star rating. But the reason why I deducted 2 stars was because of customer service. I'm in the process of moving to a new home so I haven't been eating as well as I am used to. After reading the reviews for this place I thought I would give them a try. I called the number and asked what they recommended for a stomach cleanse (i was just looking for something simple to try for a first-timer to help me transition back to healthy eating and get my stomach back on track). The lady I spoke to replied "just one day?" But her tone was kind of rude, as if I obviously never "juiced" before. She then recommend the Green Girl and it sounded great! I told her I wanted to try it. She then asked me was it for delivery or pick up. I told her I worked down the street and since I am a receptionist I do not get lunch breaks that allow me to leave the facility. So she said they could deliver. I asked her if I should order online (since I was on their website already) or over the phone (since she said I could do it that way) but she told me to download the app so that I could pay through the app and then to call her with any questions. So we hung up (I was a little confused because I was ready to pay on the phone and already told her I was on their website ready to order also. So why she advised me to use the app, I have no idea). So I find the app, wait for it to download, install and login. I place an order and then the app prompts me to go through a third-party to pay with my credit card. I was very eager to try this place but now its just a hassel. I'm sure thr owners and associates are good people and I'm sure they make plenty of money so one loss is not a big deal and my comment probably wont be taken seriously but I hope they advise their associates to make it easy for guests to order and not send them down an unnecessary rabbit hole. The ingredients listed on the bottle were cucumber, apple, kale, ginger and lemon so I bought it because i drink this combination often (not from here). Well i have a strong disdain for celery juice and im pretty sure that juice was cut with it. I tried to force myself to drink it, but I kept tasting the celery undertone. I ended up throwing it away after attempting to drink it a several times to make sure I wasnt tripping. Had celery juice been listed on the bottle, i wouldnt have bought it....
