Decided to go here with a friend visiting from Europe. Man, where we disappointed. Our waitress was terrible. She quite possibly had one of the worst attitudes for a server I have ever seen. I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt.Even returning her unpleasant attitude with a smile and trying to make pleasent small talk. None of which she was interested in. She took our drink order and started to walk off . I asked her for an appetizer, she sighed, looked at me and said, " okay."
She brought us the wrong drinks, even bringing one extra that we didn't order. I would have brought it to her attention, but she never stayed at the table long enough for me to do so, even when taking our order. We were even billed for the extra drink. Also couldn't bring it to her attention, because she picked up my debit card as fast as she brought the bill. So I just paid the extra. Not once after she hurriedly brought our food to us did she even check on us. At one point she did bring us another drink .however, a drink none of us ordered. Once again we weren't able to tell inform that it didn't go to us because she just dropped it and took off. We didn't see her again until she brought the bill.
Most of the food was okay. The fried pickles I ordered as an appetizer were overly soggy. More so than the usual Greasey goodness. Also one of the plate of wings were cold, but couldn't tell anyone, because nobody bothered to check and see how we were doing, and I could never seem to get anyone's attention. There were a few other groups that I could complain about, but to make a long story short, I just will not probably go back to this location.
One of the people in our party, did decide to tell some sort of manager about some of the issues, but was told he would have to wait till the next day to take it up with the management. We'll see how...
Read moreI don't know where to begin. I've been to various Hooters across the country and this one was not only the WORST Hooters, but the worst restaurant and service I've had in the last ten years. We arrived and although someone was at the door, it seems they hired if they ignored us long enough we'd leave. After 2 minutes of just standing there, the girl at the door finally acknowledged is and took us to a table where we sat for another 5 minutes before that same girl came to take drink orders. Or waters came, and we finished two rounds of those before our actual drinks came. After delivering warm beers, she disappeared for another ten minutes before returning for food orders. I actually got up and went to the bathroom during that time(a different story) and a grip of cooks and waiters we're losing be the bathrooms just chatting. I had to say excuse me 3 times to get to the bathroom, and they acted as if I was an inconvenience to them! Now the bathroom. I've seen gas station bathrooms in Mexico cleaner. There was water and wet toilet paper all over the floor, urine in a sink, and crop on one of the toilet sets. I think washing my hands in there made them dirtier. After going back to the table, or sense came from her conversation to take our order which we waited another 20 minutes for. We were one of six small groups (no mute than 4) in the plane, it wasn't busy! When the food came, the chicken was dry (next to no sauce) child (I'm assuming it sat in the window while they chatted by the bathrooms) and all flats. After I pointed out the dissatisfaction with the food, the server had the nerve to get an attitude with me! She replaced my food, which at that point I didn't trust, so I refused it (which upset her again). I paid for what we did have (exact change in cash) and left. This is one place I'll never darken the first of...
Read moreI have been a customer of Hooter for over 30 years. It's a casual dining breast-a-raunt. I happened to be in town for an event and stopped in for a late dinner (12am). There was no hostess at the door so I walked over to the bar to see if there was an opening. There was not. I am by myself, party of 1. There is a large group of women (7-1p) seated at the door. I assume waiting for a large table or waiting to leave. I see at least 4 empty tables. So I pick one that has 2 seats so that I'm not taking up a large table. A few minutes pass & waitresses have come & gone several times. A male hostess comes by and asked if I had been seated by a waitress. I reply no. I asked if there were other people waiting for a table & he could not say. The hostess then told me that I would need to wait to be seated. I then stood up & was just going to leave. I passed the manager on duty walking out. I decided to stop & motioned for the manager to assist me. Yes, by this time I'm very upset. So I asked the manager how many tables he had available. He looks around and sees the same few open tables I see that are empty. His reply was, I'm not sure. So I explain my story of what just happened & explained that I had been a customer for over 30 years. I had stopped in to have dinner & instead I'm being grilled about why I'm sitting at an empty table with no one waiting except a large group who is not going to be using a table that only seats 2. He didnt seem to care so i left. Your business is about customer service. Regardless if I had not been seated by someone, I should have been asked if I could get your name so I can get you on the list to be seated or something other than I need you to leave because you were not seated by a waitress. Very disappointing in your...
