I really didn’t want to leave a negative review, especially on Mother’s Day, but I’m genuinely not okay.
I stopped by Operator’s Club earlier today for a quick bite and ordered an almond milk latte. Within the first few sips, I could tell it was whole milk—but by then, it was too late. I have a dairy sensitivity, and two hours later, I’m completely sick. What was supposed to be a special day with my family has turned into me feeling absolutely awful and unable to enjoy any of it.
I tried to give the place the benefit of the doubt, but this was a major oversight, and I won’t be returning. Please double-check orders moving forward—this kind of mistake can seriously affect someone’s health.

few things.
I am lactose intolerant, yes—but I’ve lived with this condition long enough to understand what my body can and cannot tolerate. I can typically eat dishes that are cooked with milk without any major issues. However, I become violently ill when whole milk or heavy dairy is used directly in a dish. The reaction I experienced at your restaurant was not my normal lactose intolerance symptoms—it was immediate, severe, and aligned with food poisoning. I didn’t even make it out the door before I had a physical reaction, and I only took a few bites of the meal before stopping and boxing the rest up.
The way I was treated after calling to share what happened only confirmed that I won’t be returning. I understand the instinct to protect your image, but calling into question a customer’s experience—especially one as serious and humiliating as this—is not the way to do it.
I’m not here to go back and forth. I stand by my experience, and I will not be dining...
Read moreIf I could give this restaurant zero stars I would. We made a reservation for Saturday night at 8pm. It was dead inside when we got there. They had no red wine selection, even though the drink menu offered several different types. We ordered a Pinot noir but the bartender told us they only had one bottle of red, a cab. We ordered an appetizer and asked for two marinaras, never received them. We ordered a second glass of wine, did not receive that. For our salads we asked for olive oil and vinegar for the dressing on one and we were told the kitchen had no olive oil. On the other salad, we asked for the olives on the side and did not receive that. They also gave us that salad with no dressing on it and when we asked for two dressings they only brought one. It was also missing the avocado that was supposed to be in there. Terrible experience, the food and drinks were awful. The manager came and did apologize and did not make us pay for the food. Don’t waste your time going here.
Update for owner response_ Yes the manager was notified of our complaints, hence why he did not make us pay for the meal. I'm not sure what other options you are referring to that we refused- he offered balsamic vinaigrette as a dressing option but it was after the meal was over, and the salad was not eaten due to a food allergy that is in the salad dressings that were offered at the time the salad was served. Thank you for your response, I do not usually post reviews unless it is a bad experience, which is why the three reviews I have posted on google are all one star. Have...

Stopped by for a quick snack and ended up impressed! This place is more than just a sports bar — it has a great vibe, creative decor, and a prime location. The massive hand hanging from the ceiling is a total Insta-worthy spot 📸.
✅ Food & Drinks:
Sliders 🍔 → Absolutely delicious, perfect bite-sized option.
Cheesecake 🍰 → Ordered for my daughter (she’s not easy to please!) and she loved it. Big win.
Cocktails 🍸 → Tried the Summer Jam and Irish Maid — both refreshing and well-balanced.
Beer 🍺 → Cold, crisp, and exactly what you want in a sports bar.
💡 Happy Hour Surprise: I didn’t know it was running, but cocktails were $4 off and beers $2 off. Amazing deal! 🎉
⚡ Atmosphere: Stylish decorations, great setup, though it was a bit empty when we went (afternoon visit). I imagine nights get livelier.
🎯 Final Take: A cool spot for drinks, snacks, and photos. With that menu and vibe, it deserves to be more crowded — definitely going...
