I had the most delightful experience at Mesero, a Tex Mex paradise that beautifully bridges the gap between vibrant flavors and mindful choices! 🌮🥑 From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a warm ambiance that set the stage for an extraordinary dining adventure.

Being a vegan, I often find it challenging to explore diverse cuisines. But here, I was spoiled for choice! The vegan options were not an afterthought; they were a celebration of plant-based goodness. Each dish, crafted with precision and creativity, showcased the chef's passion for mindful cooking.

The food presentation was nothing short of artistry. My order of veggie fajitas arrived on a hot plate, a colorful medley of fresh vegetables that looked almost too beautiful to eat. Every element was meticulously arranged, making it a feast for both the eyes and the palate.

The veggie fajitas were a revelation! The aroma and taste were beyond compare. The vegetables were perfectly cooked, infused with mouthwatering Tex Mex spices that danced on my taste buds with each bite. It was a symphony of flavors that left me craving for more.

Just don't waste your time. If i could give the. 0 i would. Food was mediocre at best and inedible at worst. The service was even worse. We were here for 30 minutes with no chips brought out. Literally had drinks and apps one of which being queso and guac and NO CHIPS. Asked like 5 times finally got them. Food arrived again medicore to terrible. My drink was taken with alcohol left in it and no one even asked if i was done. Then never was asked to order another or if i needed anything. Never asked if the food was ok. Water went so empty for so long that i drank someone elses at the table because again i couldn't get another $12 margarita. So finally the other person's water im drinking gets filled and simultaneously our chips and salsa are picked up, again no asking if we are done. Am i long time server/bartender and i have never in my life had such bad service. Like just get another job because you aren't good at this one. Also refused to split our check for no reason cuz its not busy. There were other things too. Like this place is terrible and should just not...like please could you just not be a place to go and serve terrible food with terrible service. Definitely not coming back and sad they got any if my money. Id be embarrassed if this was...

ZERO STARS. Still FUMING from our terrible experience this evening. Sat at bar with my fiancé for a small bite and a drink. Carlos the bar tender literally acted like I was bothering him while ordering our food but was eager and excited to serve drinks and toast tequila with a table to the left!! Our food came out separate and luke warm 4 and 7 mins after we ordered. I specially mentioned to Jesus that it was hectic energy and the cleaning of the drink pans/drains 2 inches from our food was not sitting well. He proceeds to MIX AND SPLASH LIQOUR on our food AND my fiancé! He brings the manager HELEN who had the same condensing attitude while pretending to care about our concern. I just told her if it was close enough to closing time that they provide zero to no customer service just say you aren’t taking anymore customers vs giving us beyond terrible experience and still wanting FULL payment for your lackluster food and terrible experience and customer service. I had to sign up just to write this review and encourage anyone reading to pick some where else for apps and a drink in Victory Park.
