My fiancé and I used Craftenders for our engagement party. Joe the owner was super quick to respond during the initial stages of booking and professional. I was a little disappointed with the lack of communication leading up to the event and found that I was having to follow up to confirm and finalize the day of event details. The bartender who came was on time and professional. He forgot to print out the personalized drinks menu which was unfortunate as that was my one requirement for hiring a bartender. The bartender also left a few things behind after the party but did follow up the next day and came to retrieve the items. We also prepaid the tip for the event as we did not want a tip jar out during our party but the bartender still put one out anyway. Joe apologized as he forgot to relay that info to the bartender that came and did refund us the $$$. Craftender was overall good and added some excitement to our guests.
