: A Coronavirus edition review: Jason's Deli makes delicious soups and sandwiches. The sandwich options are vast and paired with potato chips. You can get a half sandwich, and a cup of soup is added to make it a trio. This is known as The Managers special. They also have an awesome salad bar, but it's closed at this time because of the Covid 19 pandemic restrictions. You are able to sit in the dining room, but every other table is blocked so that you maintain 6 feet from the next patron. Complimentary ice cream is also a available after your meal, but unlike before you must ask a host for a cup to put it in. Again, this is for sanitary reasons in this crazy virus time. You can also walk in and have your food to go. You can't go wrong here if you're looking for a sandwich that's a step up from Subways fast food ways. Plus, they seem to be making eating in their restaurant a safe priority which is a big deal these days.

Don’t believe the wait time this restaurant promises. I was “promised” a 12:24 PM pickup and arrived at 12:38 PM and called the restaurant as Directed on their curb side delivery sign. I ordered two items, a baked potato which I know are baked early in the morning and just kept waiting for people to pick up and a salad from the salad bar. At 12:50 I called again and was assured my order would be right out. Finally at 12:55, a full half hour after my lunch was “promised”, a member of the staff brought my order to the car. The salad had been put together beautifully, and the baked potato was cold. No longer even warm. Jasons Deli has such a fine reputation and it is a pity that Jasons deli store #205 appears to be trying to ruin the reputation, I will never, never again go to this Jasons Deli. Don’t “promise” things you can’t deliver on.

I always enjoy a good stop at Jason's Deli. I stopped here yesterday and loved it! Let me give you a small Bigg Robb breakdown! Food 5/5: The food is amazing! We had a New York Yankee and a small loaded baked potato. Everything tasted great and was very fresh! Atmosphere/cleanliness 5/5: This is one of the nicer and larger locations I have been to and it was really nice. Everything was clean and it was well decorated. Service 5/5: Even though you just order and don't have much other interaction, the people in the front were incredibly friendly and helpful during the lunch rush. Over all rating 5/5: This place is great and I would totally recommend it. The only tip I would have to say is that during the lunch rushes, they seem a bit understaffed so a lot of the tables are left with trash since you are supposed to leave it there.

Update I spoke to management who was very understanding, and I feel this situation has been satisfactorily taken care of. I look forward to my next visit.

I don't know who the manager of this location is but he or she needs to have a talk with the staff about using their phones at work or if nothing else in the view of customers. I walked in and there was a black gentleman sitting down by the register playing on his phone. No big deal at the time I thought, he got up and helped me right away. Then there was a younger girl down at the end where you get your salad plates. She was leaning over the counter playing on her phone. The salad bar was a mess and missing quite a few items. Then there was a gentleman standing further down in the entrance area that I believe goes back to the kitchen. He was leaning up against the wall playing on his phone.

All this within a few minutes. If the salad bar had been properly cleaned and refilled, and the dirty tables around me had been cleaned, I may not have noticed it as much.

The food was delicious, so I wouldn't let that detract you from going here, but the employees at least during my visit were very inattentive to the restaurant, and very attentive to...

Their food isn’t the greatest or the best deal for the price one would pay but if you don’t feel like cooking as most North Americans then this would be a place to go get a fast bite of something they serve. I always order a Ruben sandwich when and if I visit which is not bad but their meals are too expensive for their asking price.

As far as their service, is of very low quality and they are very inaccurate with their online orders.

At the same time, they make one wait too long before one gets assisted with one’s online orders for pick up even after one has already paid for them. They need a better system to cater not only the people dining in but also give equally importance to the customers whom place online orders for pick up.

Additionally, the staff is very cheap with their crackers and will give a customer an attitude if one asks for a few more to go with one’s bowls of soup for instance.

In a similar way, I feel that if one orders take out and asks the staff if one can have a small paper bag to take some of their mini corn bread one should be allowed and not made feel uncomfortable by their rude comments or looks especially if one is spending $30-40s for a...

The salad buffet is open again. with restrictions. Gloves and hand sanitizer etc. We found out after we got the salad from the buffet that it is no longer more than one trip. One and done now. There was a tiny sign by the door saying this that I found as we were leaving. I was a little upset with the manager about the limit. He said that it changed in December. He gave me another plate this one time. All I wanted was chocolate pudding and cottage cheese and 2 boiled eggs. Next time I will have to figure out how to keep the pudding from getting on my salad if it's 1 trip. The manager was very nice, when the unsweetened tea ran out he had it refilled in less than a minute. The vanilla ice cream had run out, but it had a sign on it so you weren't surprised. My husband was disappointed because he doesn't eat chocolate ice cream. Last time we had gone here the buffet had been closed and they prepared the plate for you. So freedom has been restored with a few...
