I met a friend here at Liberty Burger. They have four locations in the Metroplex and this one was convenient for the two of us. He has eaten here quite a bit and was familiar with the menu and this was my first time! Lots of different types of burger choices including vegetarian and a bison option. I went for the basic Liberty Burger that comes with lettuce, tomato, pickles, and red onions. I added bacon. I had a side of onion rings - the onion rings were available in a large order or by individual onion rings $1.00 each - kind off unusual! The onion rings were great!! The big fat variety! The burger was good - could be ordered “pink or no pink”. I was asked by the server, “how do you want your burger?” and I replied “medium well” which apparently was the wrong thing to say, because she kept asking “pink or no pink?” I went with pink! Overall very good flavor, but not a very substantial sandwich!! I also had sweet tea which was just fine and we share their Bavarian pretzels as a starter, three soft pretzels served with a side of cheesy dipping sauce. I passed on the sauce but the pretzels were great!

I have been ordering from this location since they opened and 25% of the time they screw up my order and most of the time I just let it slide. I usually order a kale salad with chicken tossed in their dressing. This last time was the final straw! I drove to get the salad and when I got back all I had was raw kale in a box and another box of grilled chicken. No dressing. No utensils. No napkins. Am I supposed to eat a dry salad with my hands? I threw the food in the trash. When I called them to let them know, they offered me a gift card for next time...Really? The answer should have been "I am SO sorry. I will refund the amount we charged you today and will get your next salad on the house." When I told her that they are about to lose my business for good and the employees at our office, she didn't care. I know they need the business right now but this is the last time they are going to have the opportunity to screw up my lunch. Terrible customer experience.

This was my first time visiting Liberty Burger; and on this visit I ordered the Ahi and a side salad to go. The service was quick, however, the food left a lot to be desired. The seared Ahi was so raw it left my bun soggy and bloody and I could barely pull a piece from the sandwich without the entire patty coming loose from the bun, I saw no ground Ahi on the sandwich as advertised, I saw no wasabi aioli as advertised, and the sesame slaw was nothing more than a container of sesame sauce and a LOT of really dry, brown lettuce. My side salad was very basic... essentially a box of greenish lettuce; but (as many others have already said) the garlic buttermilk dressing was really delicious; I dipped my Ahi in it after microwaving it a bit. I don't know if I would try them again; $20 for the meal I picked up that did not even include napkins or a fork, left a bad taste in my mouth.

Terrible place. I walked in with my husband after placing an order at the wrong restaurant location over the phone. I am hispanic and my husband is caucasian. I noticed immediately that we where unwelcome. They took a look at us and instead of saying right away what did you order let us help you out they said what was the location of the store I called so they can cancel the order. They never offered for us to sit down they had a vibe of please go. We sat at the bar because we were going to order again but to go. They said they had no way of pulling up what we ordered from the other location and also said they didn't have a menu when I asked for one. I tried re-placing the order with the bartender and his behavior was very rude he was looking at me as though I was no one he brought us 2 burgers and set mine down very weirdly. And actually rested his arm on a counter to watch me eat it...I really think they put something in it so I didn't eat it. Also the bartender acted like he didn't hear the rest of the order I was placing for me and my husband. An employee with a nose ring and long dark hair was also eating at the bar with a friend and making indirect comments at me. The whole experience was very upsetting. Very racists people. If you are of color avoid thos place and if u are in a interracial relationships with a caucasian person watch ur food because they did not like seeing us together. Didn't even want us to eat there. Just thought I'd leave a note on how to be 'civil' because not...

Great burger...service lacking. I felt more like an inconvenience than a guest. Came in, for late lunch. I was quickly sat. However when server came she said "do you know what you want" no acknowledgement or greeting. Waited for a refill on my drink the entire meal. My phone rang and I answered it when I was done with my meal, I was in the middle of a conversation and that's when someone finally came by. Waitress started talking to me but I was in the middle of a conversation. I gathered she asked if I wanted a to go water once she saw my empty glass, and dropped off my check. No "thank you for coming" or even a question on whether I was done or needed something else. I was obviously on the phone and asked her to come back. Now It's been about 10 minutes as I write this. She's nowhere in sight, and I wasn't done ordering I needed to take food to go. Yet I sit here waiting with a folded bill in front of me and no service.

Update: she came back and was a bit more attentive. However I believe for how slow they were, they could have created a warmer atmosphere, at least a welcome and a thank you would have gone far.

To clarify, it was an awesome burger. Food was quick...

Interesting burger combos. Definitely the more modern "craft" burger style with high end ingredients. Fantastic selection for any taste! Enjoyed the sweet potato fries and their regular fries. Both had good flavor and just the right amount of fry. Sweet potato are larger cut. Regular ones are skinny and crispy. I also really enjoyed their Girl Scout Cookies Thin Mints Shake. I've never had them in a shake and this was for sure a game changer! My one complaint about Liberty Burger is that they give you the option for "pink" or "done" for how your burger is cooked. I have to say I was very excited when the waiter offered that option because in my opinion burger places rarely can pull off a pink burger or they just say they won't do it all together. Liberty gave me that option. And all that excitement came crashing down when I got my burger and it was well done instead. Brown all the way through. I would have passed it off as a simple mistake, but 3 people at our table ordered it pink and every single one was brown all the way through. If you offer the option then cook it as ordered 🤷‍♂️ Note: If not for this I would give...
