I came during the ending of breakfast, but it was still breakfast, 9 mins to spare, the young lady on the intercom confirmed they are "not serving breakfast during breakfast time". It was between here and Whataburger. Whataburger serves breakfast until breakfast is over but i used the last few minutes to drive to McD's.
On 3 separate occasions I just came for a half sweet/half unsweet tea. They put half of something else in it. The first time, the lady fixed it for me. The second time, the young guy served me old tea. I threw it away. The third time, it was fine.
Two other occasions I came for chocolate chip cookies. The first time they were hard and cold but I just went home and microwaved them. The second time, the lady taking my order confirmed saying, "3 fresh baked cookies" and gave me the total. When i got the cookies, they were hard and cold again. I was still at the window so i honked and tried to wave someone down. A few workers looked and ignored me. After honking and waving for a bit, a young guy came to the window, didn't say anything but i asked him if he could warm them up a bit. He did and didn't say anything while handing me the bag. I said thank you and smiled.
I try to remain to polite regardless, as I've worked in fast food before, but believe me when I say the experience at this location is terrible. It's like a 2 out of 3 chance something will not be right with your order.
I gave it 2 stars because one, the place is clean. Two, the quarter pounder and fries are always hot when I order it. I get it with a bottled water since you can't...
Read moreI want to say bad things for some reason why I think about leaving a review for McDonald's, but I don't really know why so I guess I need to take a look at that. I also begin to use the app from a place of skepticism because, again, McDonald's. But guys, seriously, the app is worth messing around with. and whatever hang ups I have about privacy that I can't prove are being violated, they are right out the window too.
I swear to you, by the moon and the stars in the sky, I've never feel my so close to royalty in my life as I did skipping the line and pulling into the reserved pickup area. I say there for enough time to have my mind wander off and be oblivious to the worker presenting our royal feast (3 min, tops) and saunder away. Not having to order at the menu and deal with whether or not I was heard right, what'd they say? No garble box gibberish. No handling payment. The line really wasn't an issue, but not having to even consider it was awesome. I also got so much food ordering and paying on the app and I used points to get a free happy meal whaaat! Yes! Finally something goes my way. Everything's coming up...
Read moreOne of the managers drives up to start her shift and tells me that I can't be sitting outside smoking my cigarette. But I'm sitting next to the McDonald's cigarette disposal container. I advised her that I was a customer and that I was only smoking outside of my car. She told me I needed to show her my receipt as proof because she didn't see me buy anything. I said ”that's because you weren't here". She then threatened to call the cops on me if I didn't leave the property. I also let her know that I sat in that same store Sunday morning eating breakfast with my parents. Her response well I didn't see that either. I said, "of course because you weren't here". So to conclude my statement, this McDonald's doesn't want black people near their establishment. I purposely waited until the end to mention I was black so that you can first see how messed up the actions without cause were towards me. Then put it together. I'm too dark to be outside by the smoking area finishing my cigarette without having to provide proof of my purchases. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone who is black or...
