McDonald's — Restaurant in Dallas

Well I was there to order some food for my friendcuz he wanted some nuggets and fries so you can either go through the drive-through or you can walk up to thewindow which I did and I ask the gentleman after I ordered where should I park or how do I know you know when the food is ready and he's an old will bring it to you and I said well my Jeep is parked right here is that okay he said yes that's perfectso the lady comes out as soon as I opened the door to take the back from her and tell her thank you so much it's the one over here off casa Linda shopping center and it was about 3:45 to 4I think she kind of had her eyebrows drawn on I open the door to say thank you so much and she started yelling at me you know the next time you order food up there in that window you need to stay up there and wait for that food you cannot come out here and I said ma'am the gentleman told me that it was okay to park right here and you bring the food to me because well you should have parked on the other side know when you order from this window you need to stay up here she was yelling at meloud and I don't know she was a manager or not but I guarantee you can find out who she was it's Saturday the 5th she was wearing a green short-sleeve shirtkind of heavyset for hair pulled back and just yelling at me and rude as can beand I said look you to come out here yelling at me and talk to me like talk to your person I was fixing to tell youthank you I said I'm trying to tell her you need to talk to that person cuz he told me to wait right here if she was yelling over me screaming at me you order up there usually just stay right there and waitI'm telling you she was a b** and nowadays people have no idea what customer service is I'm very big on that she was my friend said the food was good and it was fresh...

This very unacceptable!!!!! This location must want to be hit with a lawsuit…. First, I ordered a bacon quarter pounder I made it to Jupiter and realized my burger didn’t have bacon. I go back and let them know it didn’t have any bacon on it. They ask for the receipt which I understand you need proof I paid for the bacon. I give my receipt and bag to them for them to correct it. They come back less than 1 minute later and give me the bag No receipt. But that’s fine cause to my knowledge the error has been fixed. I get all the way home, change to sit down and eat only to discover my burger is not cooked thoroughly. It’s definitely still pink. Which makes me wonder if mine isn’t cooked, potentially, everybody that was in front of me have to have uncooked food as well. I’ve attempted to call several times tonight and the phone was just ringing and now it’s giving a busy signal. Your location wasn’t that busy so the meat could have been cooked all the way there was no rush or long lines. The workers were actually just standing around and talking amongst each other. There is no excuse for this because now I’m the one at risk to get sick for eating uncooked meat. Drove to this specific McDonald's location because it says Dine-In is available. I needed an area to sit at to eat and work on my projects since this place also has wi-fi. When I arrived I realized it's only a drive thru. I wasnt that bothered since they do have a nice outdoor seating area that wasnt blocked off. In fact the gate was propped open and the door leading to the restrooms was also open. There was no paper saying otherwise on the door that no one was allowed to go into the restroom nor anything blocking the gate to the outdoor seating. I was about to order and stay there when I was suddenly told they wont be accepting orders from the window, seconds after being told from another employee that they could take orders. When I was moving away from window I saw another employee lock the door leading to the restroom. It was all so weird. What a huge waste of time and no one who works here seems to know what's going on. If no one is allowed to be outside of the Mcdonalds they need to be like every other responsible business and update their Google search to "X Dine-In" and put some effort in making sure that it is obvious to the public that their outdoor seating and indoor restrooms are closed. They should of had the doors locked in the first place and have a paper on the door explaining the situation. This place was so...
