Food was fine but the service was not helpful at all. They took my card from the drive thru window and sent me to the #4 pre-order parking spot. First off all I only had two fish sandwiches. Secondly, there was nobody directly behind me in line. They directed ANOTHER person to the #3 spot before finally bringing out both of our orders. I did not get my card back, the girl that brought my food out acted like she was confused and honestly I believe she probably was - however the girl that took my card claimed she folded my receipt over my card and that she handed it to me. Funny since she doesn't hand my receipt or my card to me, she sent my receipt out with my food. She swore up and down that she personally handed me my card with such specific details that I feel like she knew exactly what she did. Within a few hours, my card was being used on the other side of town at a Popeyes 🐔 Chicken and the bank caught the fraud before I was able to cancel my card. Not sure about the girl who bought my food and my receipt out - she seemed new and really confused but I'm not 💯 percent sure that she didn't play a part in stealing my card. I would never go on record and accuse somebody of something I'm not sure about, but I wouldn't even suggest it if there wasn't really good evidence suggesting there was some kind of intentional foul play. If the police would prosecute a $21 fraud charge I would have the bank pull video from the Popeye's Chicken and I GUARANTEE they could be connected to the girl from the drive thru. Sad to say that you can't even go they a standard drive thru without risking fraudulent activity. My card had to be frozen on a Saturday afternoon - very inconvenient. I'll use the pre-order app from my phone next time since that's where they made me wait anyways, however I will not be returning to this location and there's not another...
Read moreThe slowest McDonald's I've ever been to. Every time I come here, I ask myself why I don't just drive over to the Ross Avenue McDonald's. This place is so insufferably slow. The workers are nice, but half of them seem like they have no idea what they're doing, and they're the slowest humans alive.
Today, I order breakfast at 10:49 a.m. in the app. I get to the drive-thru. There are no cars going on the side of the drive-thru where the windows are for at least 10 minutes. I'm about to lose my mind, and I can't get out of the line because I've already made the order I've already paid, and I'm stuck because there's cars in front of me and behind me. I finally get to the window, And the lady makes me repeat the four-digit code for my mobile order. Four times to her. She tells me to drive around. I get to the first window and the lady says you ordered breakfast but it's lunch time so we had to cancel your order.
I tell her, I ordered breakfast at 10:49, you guys are just slow. I've been in the line for 15 minutes. She tells me there's nothing they can do, and my order's been canceled and I won't get the money for at least 24 hours. Why a multi-billion dollar company can't have an ordering system that recognizes when it's breakfast or lunch or how much breakfast or lunch they have left is beyond me. There's simply no excuse for this nonsense. And why did I have to sit in line another 7 minutes from the drive-thru speaker to the window without them telling me this at the drive-thru speaker?

Read moreI ventured to this establishment at 6:01am on 12/28/23 with the hopes to buy a cup of coffee to hopefully start my morning off right considering I had slept in a car that has broken down nearby. I asked a female employee whom was outside doing a presumed parking lot check: "what time did the lobby open?" in our native toungue, considering the posted hours of Operations said 6am. I was greeted with an extremely apathetic response concerning the opening when I planned on purchasing something from the business, now I am a restaurant professional with over 15 years of experience managing fast food, fast casual and fine dining restaurant concepts, so this response really shook me considering the posted hours of the business were not amended as well....needless to say I'm appalled at how this establishments staff treated me whether this is a corporate owned or franchise McDonalds I feel like all McDonalds staff at other locations will treat me the same, so I don't feel ill ever go back to a McDonald's anytime soon, especially not this one. I typically don't right reviews being in the industry I can relate to the challenges that come with working in food service: staffing issues, managing costs, labor, etc, but I REALLY wanted that cup of coffee due to my immediate situation being dire, so I hope this review helps ensure that another potential customer isn't treated the same for the sake of the strong brand that...
