Not my first terrible experience at this Drive thru but definitely the worst so far. Pulled up, started out with a nice welcome to McDonald's, what can we get for you today. The moment I started talking was told to hold on as a car pulled into the lane beside me and took their order before mine. (And no I didnt hesitate to start my order)Finally got to give my order as the other car pulled up to the window before me. I watched them hand MY food over to the other car and there was an exchange after everyone ruffled through my food to realize it wasnt the right order. I Got to the window and they asked for my receipt (first time I ever got a receipt at this location) and I asked "was my food just in someone else's car?". One guy immediately says "no" and then looks at another employee and asks "right?" and everyone just looked and played dumb. I then asked if they wouldn't mind redoing the order while I waited in a parking spot. (They played dumb and didn't respond) Everything crazy going on in the world today, I sure as hell don't want to eat food that someone else ruffled through in their car. They then take my bag and open it and pulled it all out with no gloves to prove it was all there. By the time I got my food it was half unwrapped, hashbrown just laying in there with no wrapper and the sandwiches were so greasy on the outside of the wrapper it literally went through the bag. What disgusting food service traits were you all trained on there. I see other reviews for this place recently too. Someone needs to do something about the service here. They clearly don't belong handling food or dealing with people as they are all liars and unprofessional and lord knows what other shady nonsense they do behind those walls. Read moreThis location is terrible. I work late, I get off work around 12:30 AM. Working this shift, I understand you can't always expect to deal with the cream of the crop with open businesses at this hour. However, for a business/restaurant that is open for 24 hours, I would expect to at least get something from this place. I have come to realize on multiple occasions though that I can absolutely not trust to get food here. Once in awhile on my way home, I would rather just stop somewhere to grab something to eat. I tried this McDonalds, sat in the Drive-Thru for several minutes and never had anybody answer. I then pulled around to the window, actually both windows and sat for several minutes but one never came. Several weeks later after that I decided hey, I'll give them another shot. Same exact experience. the only difference this time, was that I could actually see someone in the window, but could never get their attention. at that time there was a sticker on one of the windows that had a phone number to call with comments about theat that time I called and left a message about my experiences there, but never received any response back. That was a few years ago, recently I tried this location again, thinking maybe things got cleaned up. Nope, same thing. I sat at the drive-thru for several minutes, drove up and sat at each window for a couple minutes, could even see a gentleman in there doing something behind the counter inside. Read moreI have a concern I was fired honestly for getting $2 dollars I admit I did wrong but there management is very rude any situation they took it out on my daughter and my friend even went to apply got hired days later she was told they weren't hiring how rude was that 3750 Forest lane location I believe y'all should remove the now hiring sign that was very disrespectful there GM Angie Daza and AGM Araceli Aparicio are two of the rudest people around there very disrespectful and I'm hoping they get removed from that location Wenzell is there main management person and very nice person please take a moment to read my concern because they have workers that steal food for there families huge discount they give yet I got removed from being a manager because of a comment I made in which of course I was wrong but they retaliated towards me by downgrading my position I cried many days at a time even contemplating suicide because of how I was treated so I assure you there bad customer service will never change I've seen how people would have to wait long for there order for months I was mistreated but again this location is the worst ever i hope Wenzell you read this because my friend should've been hired were contemplating going further meaning me only due to my daughter not being rehired Araceli Aparicio should be removed and im going to do everything in my power to have her removed think twice before good to this location they...
