Mike Anderson's Barbeque House & Catering Company — Restaurant in Dallas

I ordered a three meat combo and got double brisket with the beef sausage; however I got the exact portion amount of brisket as my coworker who got three different meats. I called and spoke with Mr. Mike and he seem irritated that I was calling about the portion size of my meat being the exact same as amount as my coworker who didn’t get double brisket. This was a very sad excuse of Customer service from the owner and our company orders here two or three times a month. This is no way to treat a regular customer and our office has decided to choose a different barbecue restaurant named Terry Blacks from this day on out.

Terry blacks is better anyway.

Not only are you calling me liar and acting like I don’t know what I am talking about, but you are acting you never made a mistake. We spent nearly $250 on the order and every person in the office saw the mistake and acknowledged it. I eat at mike Andersons all the time I work for children's hospital down the street and my colleagues and I always put in big orders. We love the food and we never have a issue. But today I went in to pick up food. I ordered two potatoes one was a spudzilla and one was a monster. The spudzilla is supposed to come with double meat and that is what I paid for. Both potatoes were the same. I Politely called and I figured it would not be a problem addressing this error because like I said I eat there all the time and there is never an issue. I spoke to the women that answered I explained to her what my concern was, she ask me to hold so she could talk to the owner mike. She came back on the line and stated mike said he put double meat and that's all he could tell me. I asked to speak with him. She stated he will not speak with me. I replied so is this how he treats his customers. She replied yea I'm sorry, I'm busy and I have to go. All my colleagues were listening because I had the phone on speaker and we all could not believe the disrespect and Uncaring attitude towards a paying customer. I visit here often. Next time, I'll post photos. I get the ribs, baked beans with sausage, and cheezy corn bake, or I will just get the cheezy corn bake. It's a corn dressing, kinda like cornbread dressing, but corn dressing with cheese on top of baked or jalapeno pinto beans...your choice. I prefer the baked beans cos I love them, but I'm told most people like the pinto beans. I've been going here since 2012. I don't know why I'd never heard of them before, because I try to be in the know when it comes to good old smoky bbq. The ribs have always been the definition of succulent. They are tender and beautiful. Good with or without the savory bbq sauce, with a hint of brown sugar or honey, or whatever. Let's just say that the sauce isn't tangy...well, it's swangy.
